The guys were great, arrived exactly on time and went above and beyond in rebuilding the furniture. We were missing some bolts for a bed but Im not sure they actually made it over from the UK so cant really blame them for that.5* from me, and highly recommended.

A great company. Staff very professional and helpful. Shipped 248 boxes of household items and one BMW motorbike to UK. All arrived safely and on time. Benson, Cathy and Jocelyn were a great help, and the whole move was very reasonably priced. I’ve used Fusion to ship my cargo from Dubai to Vancouver, Canada.Catherine who took care of my cargo came on time to collect my cargo at my door step handled my cargo with care, she even made sure every box had fragile stickers on them.The price factor was really reasonable, she gave two options with and without insurance, better to take insurance and rest assured.We got our cargo in Canada in 4 days but the UPS which was supposed to deliver took more than 10 days to deliver, Catherine did follow up on daily basis to get my cargo, as the cargo was in Canada I had to intervene and send some documents over email to UPS after which they released my cargo.Overall experience with Fusion and Catherine was really great.I would recommend Fusion for everyone :-)Thank you Catherine and Fusion-Subhash

Just had delivery of our goods from Uk to Dubai (Sharjah) and the service was 100% excellent. The loaders put all our stuff where and which rooms we wanted them in with no quarrels at all. All our things were carefully handled. Willy did alot of the hard work bringing from lifts into apartment and even refused me to help him. I used Fusion to move from UAE to France.They were friendly, fast and efficient, nothing at all damaged in the move.Would definitely recommend their services.

We have booked a cargo for a destination and the container was supposed to go through Mersin a a transshipment. 75 days later, the container didnt reach the final port and went to a completely different transshipment port without our consent. Now it is stuck somewhere we dont know, and arrival date is not known. Fusion is not communicating anything and they throw the blame on the shipping company. Worse than all this. They cancelled all our existing payment terms and requested for full payment immediately rather than solving the issue. I am shocked with this behavior and service. I dont recommend anyone to use this company. They are extremely bad. Customer service was bad, treatment was bad, service till now not completed. Our container is lost somewhere, transaction by client was cancelled, we will return the container with huge loss and we have no cooperation or solution from Fusion. Please beware, they are unprofessional and close to be a fraud.

We selected Fusion for our move from Abu Dhabi to The Netherlands with a 40 ft container containing our car and 30 m3 of furniture and personal effects. We were very happy with the overall service and would recommend them. From about 6 quotes, they were not the cheapest but somewhere to the lower end of the middle, and we were swayed by their good reviews. Communication from beginning to end was excellent - thank you Benson! The packing crew were one of the best we have had, and this was about our 10th big international move. They packed everything extremely thoroughly and carefully and nothing was broken when we came to unpack, which is a great achievement. Unfortunately the ship was delayed, but this was no fault of Fusion. They used Unimove as their partner in NL, and also the arrival and unpacking went very smoothly, despite the problems with the shipping company Cosco All in all I have no real complaints and would recommend them.

Fusion were excellent from start to finish. Goods were shipped to South Africa and then stored for a year before delivery. No damages. Communication throughout with both Fusion and their SA partner Kings international were great - I was kept informed At all stages and response to any query I had was prompt. At one point they had to carry 3 huge cupboards up two flights of stairs because they didnt fit in the lift, but there was no complaint at all. The team at Fusion were extremely professional throughout the whole process. They made the move quite smooth and easy. They were quite responsive to my questions at all times. Very impressive!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!We used Fusion for our move from Dubai to KSA. This included moving our car. After much assurance from Benson Davis at Fusion that the car could be moved to KSA, we agreed to engage Fusion to do this, and not sell the car before leaving. 10 months later, we still do not have our car cleared! It has been an absolute comedy of errors. It is clear Benson and his team are now determined to simply wash their hands of the whole mess - referring us to their local agent, who is equally unable to help. Customer satisfaction could not be lower, with the matter likely progressing to litigation in the UAE.It is understandable that their are challenges when shipping goods between jurisdictions. The disappointment with Fusion is that they simply did not know what they were doing. Once it became apparent it was a complete mess - they will leave you high and dry.I strongly suggest you do not use Fusion for anything, and welcome any request to expand on our awful experience (which continues).

This was my first experience of moving and I assumed that everything would be simply placed into standard boxes/cartons. However, the Fusion team took a great deal of time and trouble to form specially shaped cardboard packing for anything that would not economically fit into a box. Five men took two days to pack, which gives an indication of the care and attention they paid to the work. The packers and the Fusion administrative team were all very pleasant to deal with. We used Fusion Shipping and Logistics last year when we were relocating to Sydney. We did a lot of research and identified few logistics companies in the UAE who could do the job. Talking to him gave us to confidence to sign up with them.Now when moving there are three things to consider. a) Packing from the current location, b) The time during transit and c) Unloading at the new location.Fusion handles part a and b and uses a third party company called Palmers for part c.Part a) Packing and Part b) Transit - This was a totally seamless experience. They were thorough in packaging and took great care of all the things at home. The transit time was also as promised and the best part of the process was that not even a small scratch was there in anything we shifted. We are grateful to them to take such care of our belongings.Part c) This is the part where they use a third party to unload at the new location. I experienced a one week delay here because Palmers didnt have the free resource needed to transport and unload the goods at our new place. However when they delivered they were efficient and did everything quite well.Overall a very good experience and I would surely recommend Fusion for any relocation overseas. Perfect job from beginning to end and door to door! Stress-free packing and shipping from Dubai to UK. The packers did an awesome job packing and labeling everything for 2 days! Most items were packed whole and any disassembled items were reassembled at our destination...and on our time-scale! The team had kept in touch with me for one year since my initial enquiry...👍 so it was reassurance enough for me!Ok it cost a bit, but it was done with no worries. A little lack of communication from the UK haulage receiver end, so no updates like “container arrived”, “container unpacked” or “truck packed ready for delivery”, but guess that will improve? Be ready to cross off the boxes on your shipping sheets, which was a little crazy! (Better to ask the delivery guys to explain their paperwork and use their Bingo style check sheet instead! We got this at the end of the delivery!). Most of our stuff still to unpack as house wasn’t really ready...but the written labeling done helps a great deal!

I informed company, called them. I was promised that they will call back but few days passed by and no answer, just silence.

I’m so impressed. Just unloaded my shipment in the USA and the unpacking crew (a different company) said they’ve never seen individual pieces packed so well, or a container packed so well. I agree! We opened a couple of crates and boxes yesterday and they were well organized, well-labeled, cleanly sealed and very very padded.I worked with Cathy in Abu Dhabi initially, and she bent over backwards to answer my questions before, during, and after the move. She always responded quickly and thoroughly on WhatsApp and text. When the team came they were polite and friendly, and I was amazed at the clean custom packing job they did. And now that the shipment is complete, I can see that the same high quality standards were applied through the whole process, not just at the front end in Abu Dhabi. Thanks Fusion!
