We used Crown to move us from Jakarta to Dubai in Q3 2021. The people in both cities were professional and customer focused. There was a mix up in the shipping due to the chaos caused by COVID and our container was 1 month late. Once it did arrive it was unpacked quickly with minimal damaged items.

Crown did an excellent job. We had a tricky project where we had to select only about 50% of our things to actually make the trek from storage (originally packed up by Crown 2 years prior) to Australia. This selection required careful checking and creation of a new packing list with other 50% going to a crown charity they organised. They used Grace in Australia that were good also.

Crown was professional and super efficient. The move was a stress for my family, yet Crown were organised, calm and just made things happen around us. The furniture and accessories were packed well and their team was amazingly fast. They were very accommodating and all I can say is... Next time I wont be packing any of my own boxes. They can do everything as their numbering system is way better than mine was!

We used Crown to move our belongings from the UK to Abu Dhabi. Communication through the process of arrival was excellent as well as their willingness to go the extra-mile to deliver an excellent service. We decided to use Crown for our move back to the UK. They were brilliant from start to finish. After the initial visit, we received a quote within 24hrs, and, once accepted, were handed over to the Moving Manager. From here we received help and guidance about what we needed to do for the paperwork (for HMRC) and how to prepare for moving day.On the day of the move they van and men arrived exactly on time. Moving is a nightmare but Crown make it so much easier! They know it is an incredibly stressful experience and they genuinely want to make it easier for you. Sean and Rehan have been fantastic. Rehan has unlimited patience and has been so incredibly helpful throughout. The packing teams also deserve recognition - the best Ive experienced, so quick and conscientious. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I used Crown Relocation in 2003 and since then I did 16 moving and up t today she is the best service I had. Unfortunately the moving were organized by my employer therefore based on economical agreements In Kuala Lumpur Crown relocation had competitive prices therefore it became immediately the favorite. . After Many years it is still the best one.The 2 teams KL and Dxb have been amazing and very professional. The office in Dubai has been supportive and understanding since we did not have a delivery date and kept changing and we didnt have problems because of it. I am at awe at the recent experience of the excellent service provided by Crown Relocations - Dubai. I had a very challenging task at hand of relocating to Singapore at a very short notice. The exact date of movement was not known. However I had the good fortune of being helped by a very able and professional person from Crown. The person is question Lolita Mathias - Move Manager at Crown Relocations was very helpful in arranging for the movers and packers to come to my place and start the packing and moving exercise at a very short notice. She constantly followed up and kept us updated on a regular basis. The packers and movers were led by Raja, a through gentleman and a professional to the core for executing the task.The entire exercise and excellent professionals like Lolita and Raja reinforces that I made no mistake in choosing Crown relocations.

We have used Crown several times for different relocations and we used them again last week for a shipment from Dubai to the UK. As usual they were very professional. Crown have been a pleasure to deal with since we first requested a quote for our move back to Australia.Sanaa Rejeb did a really detailed survey of our belongings, much more thoroughly than the other movers that we asked to quote. Our Move Manager Rehan Qureshi has been superb throughout the process of packing, customs clearing and getting the container on to the ship. The packing was supposed to be done over two days but due to the imposition of a lockdown in Dubai for Covid-19, he managed to increase the number of packers (from 3 to 8). I would also like to thank our packing supervisor Nole Arador who managed the impossible to pack everything in under 8 hours. We look forward to dealing with Crown in Australia when the container arrives. I would recommend Crown to anyone who wants a professional door to door service.

I have used Crown Relocations international moving services thrice in the past 12 months+, covering each time distances wider than 6000 kilometers. For someone having to move regularly I cant think of a better service: Cleo has been personally following me every step of the way and I have always found her and the Crown Relocations team proactive and responsive. They make sure every step of the relocation process is understood, and provide detailed update, advice and reminders when needed. I dont know if I will continue with my current relocation pace, but I do know I can count on Cleo and Crown Relocations to make the process as efficient and pleasant as it can be.Do I need to say more? We used Crown for our relocation from Dubai to UK. Very good service at both ends; Lolita Mathias in Dubai and Carol Perkins in the UK. All went very smoothly. The goods were well packed in Dubai and, on delivery, all the boxes were opened in our sight and all was good. All the boxes and paper were removed by the delivery guys. It was a very smooth process and we would highly recommend Crown Relocations to anyone moving their goods from Dubai.

Crown operations department in Dubai is very good, our move manager Lolita arranged in time all documents and paperworks despite all kind of Covid hurdles. She is also very quick in responding to questions.
