Highly recommended local shifting company. Very helpful and caring about your stuff. They dismantled and fixed all needed furniture units, carefully wrapped everything in blankets and plastic, even small pieces. I sent quotation request to around 10 shifting companies last Friday and only Moversjoint contacted me back very fast during the hour with the best offer for my request. Two days prior they kindly dropped to my location big boxes with scotch tape without any prepayment, so I had enough time to pack my belongings in the way I want. Moreover they fixed even curtains as a top up service. Coordinator Hamza was very responsive and supportive throughout the process. Big thanks to him and his helpful team. Wish more good clients and grow of the business. Will definitely recommend this company to my friends and will hire them again if needed any time soon.

Good service and flexible team for a reasonable price. Brought a good number of packing materials. All stuff (furniture, mirrors, TV etc.) was well packed and delivered without any damages. Thanks!

Let me keep it to the point . DO NOT HIRE THEM. All lies and false promises about their service. Hired them as a reference and was promised yo provide best service. Packing is horrible will leave half of your stuff without packing them and use some bad packing materials. Left my sofa and mattress and few stuff outside the house without my knowledge and they went flying because of the wind when asked said we are sorry. Offloaded all my stuff near garbage boxes and someone them in that and when asked sorry dint see. Broke my show pieces, adapters and dents on my fridge and when asked we do big jobs also you cannot question on anything . Then dump all my stuff wherever they felt like leaving us to do all the stuff and we dint realize as we have 2 kids and were busy with them so could not keep a check. We were promised everything will be as it was in our previous house . They even left without Connecting the gas oven . Most and my biggest issue is they had dropped my water dispenser and it’s leaking and it has not been fixed until now. When we ignored all the other stuff but this being very important they said they will arrange for someone but that did not happen until I had to make hundreds of calls and msgs and someone was sent who put a plastic cover and said it will stop as a temporary solution and guess what I was tricked and he promised after eid I will get it fixed and again today they said they will come and now they are all ignoring my msgs and calls leaving me and kids without water and it is a hassle for us to get drinking water all the time . I AM STILL WAITING FOR THIS TO BE FIXED AS ITS BEEN 5 days now. DONT IGNORE MY REVIEW AS THIS IS NY LAST HOPE AS YOU AND YOUR COMPANY cannot leave by breaking our stuff.

I had some huge issues moving home in Dubai. Which resulted in probably 9 amendments to my move and all of my belongings ending up in storage.This company simply were the best I have ever dealt with. I was very pleased with the service provided by Moversjoint. Azhar was great to deal with and was more than accommodating when I had to rearrange moving on the day it was supposed to happen due to not having the moving permit. They arrived when they said they would and helped me to pack up a 1 bed apartment to move from Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah at a very reasonable cost. I would certainly use them again.

The team came early with 2 closed trucks, they did exactly what they said, they also sorted out small issues.I would gladly recommend them.

I gave this company 1 star since they are movers and they did actually move my items from one apartment to another. Responsive at the beginning when booking. However, services quoted were not performed (for example - pack/unpack - not a single item was unpacked). Truck provided was not large enough for small 1-bed apartment and my personal items were left out on the street not secured for 2-3 hours before the team could come back and collect. The staff also told me I had to purchase their lunch. The day took no less than 10 hours. Rectification offered but not yet provided - radio silence in fact.

It was a very happy experience, and I will recommend Moversjoint to everyone. Shifting during working days is very difficult but Moversjoint team made it so easy and comfortable releasing the stress of shifting for us.

The guy (Azhar) that answers your call sounds professional but he is dishonest and just know how to talk. Lie about the service he will provide, lie about the packing team are professional, lie about number of trucks he will provide, lie about fixing damaged furniture, lie about hygiene, etcThey reuse dirty and old wrapping materials for all Customers.. in fact they throw it on the dirty floor then put it back in the box to use for next customer.. they lie when you ask for information.. they use sweaty and dirty hand to pack your staff.. the supervisor have no idea how to manage his teamNo safety measures when they dismantle the cooker (the gas was on when the pipe was removed). They put your staff under the sun and say the van is on the way but in reality the van shows up after an hourAs mentioned by the supervisor, they hire poor Labors so they don’t understand how to work professional.Don’t get fooled by the guy that talks on the phone and the uniform.. the quality of work is as low as the regular movers so don’t pay extra for the same quality of work.

Would not recommend using this moving company they were late on the day of my moving 1hr in fact the person who whatsapp me confirmed 8am but the movers showed up at 9.10am. They broke one of my drinking glasses, messed up fixing my desk. Then they decided they wanted to leave snatched the money from my hand forgot one of my items came back to give me it then begging me for water even though I brought them a bag of drinks earlier.My colleague faced a very bad experience the van was not big enough to hold all of her stuff and they left the stuff outside with no real desire to go back and get the rest of her stuff. Then they told her she needs to buy them lunch!! What kind of service are you providing your customers. I would never recommend anyone to use your company. In fact I have warned my colleague not to use you as you were charging her AED 4,000!! to move within the same area.
