By far one of the worst services I have come across in my 15 years of shifting goods within India & Internationally. Non responsive team and owner and extremely unprofessional when it comes to what was committed and what was delivered. See the quality of packing. The agent they used in India was pathetic to say the least and also the people they sent to deliver the goods to India were not even accompanied by a supervisor and my wife who was alone at the peak of the pandemic had to deal all alone with extremely unprofessional people.

I was referred by two friends who used them before. Unfortunately I wish I hadn’t. They lost my things, no follow up I have to keep contacting them. Whenever I ask for a managers contact I am ignored. Shipwaves keeps blaming their supplier in Doha and the supplier in Doha blames shipwaves in Dubai. A whole box was misplaced and no one knows what has happened.I am extremely upset that I have to write this comment as my last option to see some action being taken as no one gets back to me.

I had a terrible experience with Shipwaves.They committed to send my household goods in a dedicated container, however imagine my surprise when I eventually discovered they has sent my goods in a shared container.It took ONE month for my goods to reach my home and when they did arrive, many of my expensive items including home appliance were shattered, smashed, cracked, dented (SOME pictures attached. Overall damage is even more).Despite the fact that I paid for insurance, Shipwaves did not respond to my claims for compensation.I dealt with Anish Aziz from Shipwaves and he stopped responding after I sent him details of the damage.This was nothing short of a horrible experience.AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST.

Worst moving company I dealt with in Dubai. They have broken my house appliances and though they said they will send someone to fix it, they have been ignoring my emails and my calls. Their Commercial Manager, Asif, has even put my phone number on the ignore list, so that I can not reach him anymore. I am truly disappointed that this is still happening in Dubai in our days.

Moving a house can be a dreaded thought. Shipwaves made the experience really smooth and made it look easy. Hammad Ali, Iqbal Rehmat and Azeem Mushtaq helped me move furniture, crockery and other stuff very efficiently. Top class packing, utmost care, helping attitude and speed are the key words I will use to describe their service. Right from the initial communication to the final handover, it was all highly professional.

The most pathetic service we ever hired. Be aware of sales represntative who speaks sweet than sugar will quote 20 30dhs lesser than market rates. The people are poorly trained and absolutly slower than snail. Damaged my new location lift and when asked for refund as it was their neglegance they clearely refused even when the labour accepted mistake but company denies to bear even 50% expenses and is OK even if we do not hire them back. The management seems least bothered about the problems client faces. On the day of shifting before the work was even half done they started bugging for money, finally we handed over money before lunch hour. No handy man was provided on the same day and the next day when he came, damaged our walls, untrained staff and utterly disappointing service. There are better options in market, spare yourself the pain and use your money for hiring well trained and well known company. Bad service and unproffesional staff.If you trustonly your people, there is no point in asking customers to review, no one is free enough to write reviews this in detail. The very minute our damage was informed to your team with pics, I have proof of it. Anyways your pail and unrespinsible response itself showcases your poor service. Dont worry you wont be reffered anytime.

I have to appreciate the good and efficient work done by Shipwaves team for packing, transporting and loading the container. Right from submitting the offer by Mr. Farseen and constant updates, efficient packing by Bawar’s team was smooth. In fact the team cooperated in my insistence for temperature checks and use of sanitizers which is commendable. Followed by loading in container under the supervision of Harris the warehouse in charge despite my being not personally present during loading. Harris’s reassurance during loading was comforting. I have had a bad experience with them shipping 20 boxes of cargo from Dubai to USA and they lost the most valuable box out of 20 . The cargo took 5 months to reach florida plus I lost most valuable things . Their sales team has very pleasing atitude until you make payment and once you do the payment their atitude is just ignorance and will just fingers others , Operations etc .Horrible experience and please as a request never do any cargo with these guys .

We shipped our household from Dubai to India, with door to door service. I see some negative reviews here but they is the complete opposite of our experience with Shipwaves Relocation. The personnel at Shipwaves were knowledgeable and professional, and helped us with each step of this complex move that required a lot of paperwork. We had enough goods to fill 20ft container, and the total cost was low compared with other shippers we had contacted. Their crew came and professionally packed everything in one day,and loaded it up in a truck to send to port the next day. Their estimate of time and cost was accurate, and each stage of the process they kept us advised and were immediately responsive to our inquiries. Our goods arrived with no hassles for us. Everyone at Shipwaves Relocation was super friendly, and their partners in India was fantastic ,showing up at our home with 10 people to unload and unpack all our goods within 3hours. We highly recommend Shipwaves Relocation, and wish all business in dubai could be as well run and customer oriented as they are. This company has done an excellent job moving my shipment of household goods for door to door delivery from Dubai to Toronto. The shipment came in about 3.5 months without any damages. They have an app which helps one track the shipment. Once the shipment landed in Toronto, they used another moving company for door delivery here and they did an excellent job as well. The customs clearance was smooth as well with no problems. A big thank you to Farseen Rizwan and Fiyas for all the help. Their quote was extremely competitive as well. I hope to use their services again for moving a few household items from India to Toronto. Great jobs guys. Keep up the good work!

I received goods just double time of due time that’s 4 months. When I received 30% of my goods were broken and damaged because they were not professionally packed. Even I don’t know how many items are missing because my all boxes are still packed, we are unpacking them now.Based on our agreement and payment with Shipwaves Dubai; their agent in Canada will offload the goods, unpack all the boxes and reassemble the furniture but Canada agent said Manjunath Shipwaves only paid them for offload the goods, not for reassembling and unpacking it in my new house in Canada. So they just offload my goods from truck and kept in open passage in heavy snow.I am not having any revenge with Shipwaves and their unprofessional team but I don’t want other people should face the same problem which I faced in a new country during heavy snow conditions with small kids and without having clear pictures about my goods though I paid for that I suffered only because of Shipwaves.

First time I have used professional movers and I wouldnt even bother trying to move anything myself ever again. Shipwaves were absolutely brilliant. I was really impressed with how much care they took of all of our furniture. Properly wrapping and strapping everything in place in the vans. They even wrapped the mattresses in plastic bags to keep them clean and bubble wrapped a big mirror. The guys were really friendly and courteous. Would definitely recommend them. I thought the price was very good also.

We signed a contract in June to ship our furniture from Dubai to Barcelona in 33 days. Due to various issues between Shipwaves and their service provider (entirely Shipwaves’ doing), our furniture was offloaded and held in Rotterdam.We only heard about this from the service provider who was meant to be delivering our belongings. Our calls and emails to Shipwaves were ignored, they never took ownership of the issue and never offered any assistance to resolve the problem. In the end we were left to coordinate with the service provider ourselves (who we had no contract with).It was 116 days before we received our belongings (even with some allowance for delays, it should not have been nearly 3 months late)!!!! In addition, the TV has a noticeable dent on the edge which did not exist prior to the move.Shipwaves poor service cost us two months’ rent for an empty apartment, the cost of items absolutely necessary for us to live (eg inflatable mattress, bedding, kitchen items etc) and our families were forced to stay in hotels rather than staying with us. Their terrible service cost us several thousand euros.Even now, we are unable to get any response from them.

A dishonest companyIn our contract with Shipwaves and dealings with Rizwan and Manjunath, they agreed to pay for storage, shipping and all associated costs pertaining to customs clearance etc. from Al Ain to Christchurch, New Zealand. However, they are refusing to pay for the clearance costs and our cargo is waiting in the NZ port. The company has ceased contact with us as well as the transport company on this end. Do not trust Shipwaves, Rizwan and Manjunath to get the job done. Their tactic is to disappear.

Worst shipping team ive dealt with. Cargo arrived (international shipping) nearly 2 months after schedule. Add another 2 months and still trying to get compensated for damages from their poor packing. Ive spent nearly 6 months just chasing them for one problem or another.
