We have moved many times and never had such a bad experience. They either underestimated the move or were too slow so there was hardly any time left for unpacking (which we paid for). What little unpacking they did was done so poorly, we wish they had not done even that. It is 4 days after the move and our place remains a mess. You can see the photos from the day after the move.

Supervisor Asghar Ali and Ahmar and his team is good and professional. They pack our one bedroom in 2 hr and set it up in another 2. Happy with the service.

I used MoversZone to move from Dubai to Abu Dhabi on August 18th, 2020. I was satisfied with the fact that they changed my moving date twice to accommodate me due to unforeseen circumstances and the speed of the service as we packed up my Apartment in Dubai. However, later I realized that this speed caused damage to many of my items. Part of my items shifted with no problems (Living Room Furniture, Appliances, Night Stands and Wardrobe. After this I faced several issues, some of which I am still dealing with till this day. My grievances are as follows:My food and refrigerated goods that were stored in the refrigerator and freezer were packed inside a box without being put inside freezer bags, so ALL of my food went bad. Even though I specifically asked that my freezer items NOT be packed because I knew they would not survive the trip and I was going to give them to my security.I was almost over charged for an extra truck because at first I was told that my things did not fit in the single truck that I ordered. When I was called by the supervisor, while in transit, about the extra charge I was furious because I was NOT informed prior. They just packed a few boxes on a second truck and wanted to charge me a fee for the additional truck as if it was at least half way full of additional things. After going back and forth they worked it out for everything to fit on one truck, but I was not aware of this till much later in the evening. I am upset that they attempted to overcharge me in the first place. Clients should be informed prior to and not afterwards when everyone is on the road.On top of all this I found out at the end of the service that my dresser mirror was cracked while we were still in Dubai. Accidents happen, which is what was explained. Unfortunately one of the gentleman slipped while carrying this piece. However, I wasn’t told until the very end when everything was wrapping up. Just like when I was almost charged for an extra truck that was barely filled with 5 boxes. I was informed after the fact. Upon revealing that my mirror was broken during transit, I was then told that they would indeed have it repaired and reinstalled within a week. I messaged about my mirror 3 days later and was told that it was able to be repaired but when I asked for a picture and the delivery date I never got any response back. As of today it has been over 2 weeks and still no communication.My living room table is missing 2 out of the 3 bolts that connect the glass to the base, and one of my table legs is now wobbly.My bed is missing a chunk of wood on the bottom rear left portion.After unpacking my glassware, 3 of my glasses are now broken.One of my large suitcases was damaged to the point that two wheels are broken and split apart, as if it was thrown.My plug to the dresser was also damaged so now I can no longer use the equipped lighting feature.I am beyond disappointed and emphatically DO NOT recommend MoversZone for shifting whatsoever!

The customer service is very good. Quote was quickly received. The moving crew arrived in good and clean uniform. Packing of items was quick and they have followed the same layout in the new place.

The worst moving company ever!!!Think twice before choosing MoversZone and don’t make the same mistakes as I did based on positive reviews... unless you don’t mind your belongings to be broken due to careless handling and you are willing to spend double you have spend already for a move... pic below...1. They destroyed my 120cm long aquarium!!!As you can see on the picture there is no bubble wrap or any other protection around glass. Team decided to move aquarium glass on top of cabinet to save some time. Aquarium hit the floor and broke into pieces... new aquarium with the same size cost me 1000aed.2. TV was not centered with cabinet.They were unable to fix it even though it has been noticed at the same moment of installation. Had to call a handyman to fix it next day - 250aed3. My bed broke in the middle of the night...MoversZone team forgot to place a support leg under main beam in the middle of the bed. Main beam broke including slatted bed base from both sides.IKEA slatted bed base - 200aedMain bed beam - 350aed4. Broken flower vase, scratched fridge, curtains installed without curtain sticks and other errors were the least of the problems during this move...Got 500aed discount but guess what... it wasn’t even half of the expenses to cover my loss...I don’t really write reviews in here but this time I feel like I have to warn everyone about this company. The initial cost was more expensive then other companies estimations and I couldn’t be more wrong to believe that everything will be smooth and professional based on price and reviews...

For moving and setting up in a new house, these fuys are the best hands down! They sent us Aqib and his team, and these guys handled everything with care, finesse and professionalism. Not a single complaint here! Will definitely be looking forward to calling on them again for our next move!

We moved from Dubai to Ahu Dhabi with MoversZone - and their service was incredible. They were timely, careful and diligent with our belongings, and worked fast through the day. They are polite, reliable, and generally a pleasure to work with. The team of movers that worked on our move consisted of Uzair, Ahmar, Farhan, and Salman - and we highly recommend their service!

Extremely disappointing service. Crew arrived late and did not have a clear plan how to go about with the move. They were not using gloves the entire time, nor did they sanitize their hands frequently. They did not mark the boxes so there was a lot of confusion when they were unboxing they even asked my husband where things were when they were the ones to packed everything. Only one person was actively working. Absolutely horrible experience. They drilled the wall for the curtain rod and the two curtain rods were uneven. It was so bad it was funny. We raised a complaint to their supervisor so they sent a new team the next day to fix the curtains and unbox some of the remaining packages. The second team was better than the first one but the nightmare that was the first team was not worth it at all. If you value your time and sanity DO NOT HIRE THEM. Not value for money at all, better call a patan mover instead.

Team leader Mudasir and Rizwan and the entire team were amazing. Very punctual and assertive on packing and unpacking. Even my pets like them! The piano was our main concern and they handled it very carefully.

The team of Mudasir, Uzair, Kasmiri and Farhan provided excellent service for us. They came to our home and packed everything as per our requests. They took extra care in handing fragile products such as mirrors, glass decorations and my personal computer. Every item was packed properly some of which included items such as fridges, dining table, chairs and many more. They disassembled each furniture properly and didnt damage anything. Once everything was packed, they arrived quickly to the designated location. The unpacking process was incredibly smooth and every time was placed as per our requests. They even provided some handy work like securing a TV to the wall, installing the washing machine and reassembling furniture. The team were extremely respectful, kind and were willing to assist with anything. I highly highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to move.

Had a really great experience with this company today. I needed something moved urgently and the whole experience from start to end was brilliant. The move itself was horrible, and if there is something positive to be taken away from the incident, it is how my complaint was handled. I wasnt happy with how my move service turned out, and filed the complaint right after the move team left my house. Awais of MoversZone was responsive, and offered to send a new team to my house the next day, to finish unpacking and repair. I was very thorough of the points in my complaint with MoversZone. I sent photos and videos of how the move was made, and was promised that the team that handled my move were to be retrained.Ill be cautious recommending MoversZone because of what happened, and Im hoping that mines an isolated case. The price point of MoversZone is enticing, and that is why I went with their quote. In hindsight, I shouldve went with the competition with a higher price point. Id be happy to pay more to get a better move service.To be fair, Ill reiterate that their after sales service was fantastic.
