A warning: Do not go for this company. As many other customers said the ground staff was helpful but the manager Mohammed was very unprofessional, used scare tactics and tried to cheat us. We were promised an electrician for which we paid extra but the guys said they could not do electrical.work. We kindly asked to waive off the fee and we will get a building electrician, upon which the manager forced them to do it despite them being scared to do it. This resulted in then arguing with the manager for 2 hours, sending people to the hardware store, 3 big holes on the ceiling, no electrical fittings done, a house covered in dust and boxes of stuff not unpacked till 10.40 pm. Because of these.movers we had to stay with our 4 year old at another house. The boxes sent were used boxes. 2 boxes of.clothes are still missing. The whole process was very unhygienic. Despite all this the worst was the manager who argued non stop with us and fought very rudely despite us politely asking to waive the fee. I still havent gotten over this incident and am.planning to.file a complaint with the authorities over this as noone should suffer how we did.

Bad customer service. Staff isnt professional and waste time instead of packing fast. Took 3 days to finish moving and packing instead of 1 day. Additionally a lot of cabinets were scratched and shelves damaged. Broke 1 picture frame as well. Definitely not recommended

The shifting was good, but the attitude of the manager was really unprofessional. I checked with the manager as my goods were kept outside and there was a delay to send the truck. When asked him about the delay ,he threatened that we will leave the work in between if I pressurised them. Which I feel highly unprofessional approach,But the ground staff was good.

Its been a month I still feel disappointed and disgusted at just remembering this company. They were careless with handling all the stuff, broke my classic sofa head, marble of my center table and coffee table. Cracks on several furniture pieces which I realized only as and when I m checking everything. Apparently they have a clause in their terms and conditions that they are not responsible for any losses beyond aed 250. Please read carefully and hire them. One of my money plant pot either they broke or I don’t know what they did, as I never found it, they kept saying it must be in your old house, and I didn’t have the energy to fight with them. The only one good thing that happened was Merylin who came to support us for packing and unpacking in a very professional manner and two of their team members helped us to repair the marble at a shared cost. This review is only for the purpose of their learning, I m not sure if I will be able to recommend them.

We used the services of Sara Movers for shifting our home. We had a lot of stuff to move and they handled everything very well. The whole shifting was completed in a timely manner and everything was placed in our new home very professionally. Mr. Abrar’s team was very professional and polite. I would specially like to thank the manager Mr Awais who was very polite, cordial and helpful. Well done!

Don’t even deserve one star.Totally unprofessional.Never ever use their service ....in my opinion.They agree with you on price for one bhk...they never turn in early and check the items,later they will say they cannot take it and came up with only 20 boxes idea.I had to arrange another vehicle to shift my balance items to my new accommodation and I had to do it by myself .It’s a name sake movers! IKEA items ..?? never trust them!!they did not carry my plants ..half of my kid toys,books,many things from store ,washrooms and other many necessary utilities due to 20 box cheap business idea for 1bhk.And no prior communication on any of these.

Not satisfied with their service. As per quotation terms and conditions were not followed. Even kitchen and grocery items they hesitate to shift.Better before shifting ask very clearly and they never used bubble wrap ...and they damaged few itesm like refrigerator and shoe rack.Each and every items before shifting their team member will call their manger and we have to speak and agree. Really I was totally disappointed with their way of approach.

Extremely professional team. I moved my house recently and the team led by Abrar came to my place sharp on time at 8 am. It took them only about 1.5 hours to pack the entire contents of house ( 2 BHK apartment). By around 4 pm my things were moved to the new house and arranged in the manner we wanted. They arranged all the furniture, kitchen utensils, placed curtains, wall hangings and wardrobes as we wanted them.

We used SARA Movers and Packers to move our Villa. Ibrar and his team worked really hard the entire day and Ibrar was helpfull and polite however I have to rewrite my initial positive review. Few days after our move we are still finding scratches at different pieces of our furniture. Some kitchen cabinets they haven’t even bothered to move inside the house and left them in the garage. Some pieces haven’t been put back together. Overall it was a mediocre experience and looking back I would prefer if they would come back the next day and finish the job properly.

These guys are the best !!!I hired these guys to help my mom and sister move and WOW! Seriously impressive this Sara movers company had great communication leading up to moving day the guys showed up on time and worked fast. The cost was beyond fair. I think in the end it took about 4 and a half hours and they worked non stop. The guys were professional, friendly and efficient. Seriously the best experience ever. Intention and first impression: Mr Mohd Awais was wonderful to talk with, and was quick to respond on my calls and requirements and did the survey of my house pretty well covering all.2. The movement and packing was done by Bilal and his team. They were very punctual and were quick and honest on the possibility which they had committed. 5 ppl team packed everything by 1300.We all understand being human shld make us to count on few minor mistakes and delays (speclly unpacking which got delayed), nevetheless their work was neat and clean.P.S. ensure to specify on your each requirements for movement with the supervisor ( initially)and their staff(later) and start early..

Totally unprofessional, they didn’t connect the cooker and washing machine saying they need to leave because they lost too much time wardrobe installation. Curtains are not done properly after having the curtains the holders get loose and almost coming out so we removed the curtains. Now we booked another handyman to fix what they didn’t and extra expense for us of course. Moreover they damaged our furniture and also our freshly painted walls. Such a disappointment and waste of money. I don’t recommend based on my experience.
