Went down for a service and found Aditya, Safeek, Ismail and Vipra very helpful.Nice environment however due to lack of staff at workshop, customers issues arent addressed fully as they are always in a rush.Rescheduling isnt the best solution for all customers, especially if they are coming from far.Overall good experience. Keep up the hard work guys.

The overall experience was very good. I got a Helmet & Sport Glide Cover for bike . The only one annoying thing is that one guy who sits in an open desk next to the bikes was making me wait & happily talking on the phone without even asking me to sit. I waited more than 5 mts then went to the next sales agent. I have gone to Harley Jeddah & Riyadh but not seen somebody acting like this from the Harley sales team

Jen is the best salesperson. Vipra is the best service person in charge. Highly recommended dealer. As Harley Davidson fan i am happy to have a good dealer where i live. They are helpful smiling. I usually go there to check on new bikes they always offer coffee. This dealer has a friendly atmosphere not like others i have been to. Chase for discounts in summer if you are buying a brand new bike. For merchandise they also have specialSaturdays with a good discount.

From the last 8 years we have been coming with my brothers to this treasure chest of Harveys in the UAE. Big Thank you for HD workshop and to Mario in specific for the phone consultations to disassemble and assemble the new battery back and fixing the error codes after.That was great experience and I enjoyed working on my bike and for sure saved the towing expenses.

Super friendly and knowledgeable Sales and Servicing team at the HD Showroom in Dubai. Gave lots of good advise and guidance on how to look after my Fat Bob. Also advised on accessories I wanted to add. All in all was quite positive experience interacting with the team in the Showroom and in Service workshop.

It was a great experience to own a HD Bike. They are an excellent team here in Dubai.

Place was allright. Smaller now due to renovation i guess. Service was quick but they dont accept HOG members card. So no discounts. Only uses royalty points. Hence only giving 4 stars.

It’s an ok HD dealership, I live in United States and own few Harley’s myself. I like to go check out different HD showrooms/dealerships any place I visit around the world I found nothing outstanding about this showroom. As a matter of fact it’s small and couldn’t find anybody technically sound to explain me about the display of Road glide. Anyway, I still give 4 stars for just being there and keeping the bikers spirit alive.

Dreamt of being a biker n here I went to the Harley Davidson store at Shk Zayed Rd, Dubai n we were attended by Leo - very knowledgeable guy, obviously, and patient , enthusiastic and a panache in objection handling and matching customers with the right bike. Guiding the buyer for the whys, hows n whens. I was so tempted to buy d bike though I dont have a 2 wheeler license yet - thats how good Leo was. Gotta come bk after my lic😁.I also loved the ambience of the store and esp the lounge cz my napping daughter n restless son could rest there while me and my husband checking out d goods.

It is a wonderful team here at Harley-Davidson with excellent service its a friendly environment and there is a wide range of bikes for everyone to look at and buy with a wide variety of customization options once you get a bike. :)

A treat for any biking enthusiast! They have added quite a few new things apart from motorcycles after their recent renovation. I like getting unique merchandise and the Harley store never disappoints. But the star of the show are definitely the bikes. All models in multiple colors and the new matt finish ones are awesome.

Good shop, merchandise available exclusive to Dubai. 35 - 45 euro for a shirt.

This place deserves a 5 star from me as the quality of bikes are if top quality.They have a range of bikes to choose from,They sell pre owned and new bikes.Harley Davidson is a brand not only for bikes but also for its clothing.This shop is awesome and the guys who work here are very helpful.I would advise if your a bike lover then this is a great place to visit.

As a Harley owner, I was expecting a way better customer experience in Dubai than I am used to being in Saudi Arabia. The Filipino staff seemed to care less about who came in to their store and what they were looking for especially the ladies. I wanted to buy 4 t-shirts and I asked her for sizes and the female attendant rudely said that all the sizes are there you can check yourself. I also asked if they had an XL and she said NO. I looked and found all 4 shirts in XL.Just to compare the Harley dealership is Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, provides such a great experience. You feel wanted, you feel right at home. However, I strongly suggest that Dubai follows the lead and become more friendly and engaged. Its Harley Davidson Dubai for heavens sake !

I have a very mixed feeling. Having 3 HD bikes I am pretty disappointed. They “diagnosed” crack in a header and recommended to replace the part on my Road King - in fact there was no crack and the part was good - could have lost 3k in part cost + labor. The problem was with a loose sensor, paid 150Dhs at Custom Bikes and the problem was fixed. No parts in stock, long waiting time which forced me to order online - you guys lost 10k+ in parts business from me. I feel that the service/labor charges are overpriced. Last but not least, when I paid my last bill almost 4K they also included insurance and registration fees which I already paid - I had to prove it by searching old emails... good that I remembered.The customer service from Kiran is great, and the coffee guy (he is always around) - Kiran really cares... that’s the only reason why I am not giving 1 star. I suggest that the HD dealership shows more respect and appreciation to owners especially local MCs - there is no business without us, the bike owners, unless your priority is selling t-shirts to tourists. You are forcing us to look for other options. Have so many similar feedbacks from my brothers at Hawks MC.

Worst Harley davidson ever. As a harley owner this is by far the worst customer service i have ever received. I am on vacation and needed some items for souvenirs. No one wanted to help when I asked for help. When asked for items, i was told, that it was a limited edition and it price. Cool i still want the item. They were offering water tea or coffee to all customers. I asked for a water and they acted like they didnt want to give it. I asked again as i was checking out and they gave it. Cool. Even after the fact I spent a lot of money customer service was still crappy. Words of wisdom to the company. Never judge a book by its cover.. I can afford it. And stop profiling. I am a paying customer.

I used to love the brand and my bike till my recent incident within the store in Harley-Davidson Dubai - Bought boots, vest and socks which turned to have a flaw. While its that simple, the store refused to return or exchange the socks for me. In addition, I had the worst customer service experience with the store attendant (Lorna) – from rude answers like “I’m busy with other clients” when I went to return the socks to more than 5 times of follow ups over the phone in one day to send me an e-mail saying they can’t do the exchange nor a refund. It took them 2 weeks to answer me with the above unbelievable answer.I still would like to believe that this is not HD company and this is a poor service from an untrained store attendant….

Helpful staff and typical Harley prices

Satsfied with the customer service. I dont own a Harley but I wanted some hard to find Intake Cleaning products for my Honda. (K&N Air Filter Cleaner and Oil). They had it in stock with reasonable prices.For Harley Davidson parts, well ... Get ready to pay some serious cash. Isnt it why we buy Harleys? To burn our money? Haha.

The are not coparting, not willing to help a customer, who is a biker first, they stop rental a bike!? Management are poor in customer relationship, customer satisfaction.

Recently had my bike registered and serviced at H-D Dubai. Whilst labour charges were fairly reasonable, the markup on parts was ridiculously high. In terms of the cost of registration, to put things in perspective - I just had a consultation with a general surgeon, who charged me far less for his time than H-D did to sit for 30 minutes at the RTA. On principal, I will never set foot in that dealership again. Which is a pity, because I quite like the staff.

Nobody bothers to walk up to you and greet you, or even bothered to ask why are you in the showroom. Everyone is busy behind their computer or on their phones.
