I chanced upon Duseja motors while looking for a used bike to buy and ended making my first motorbike purchase from them. Very professional , helpful and friendly outfit this one. I was given the right guidance and information through out the process and at the end I am very happy with the purchase I made and a great on going relationship which I have built with this organization. Had to sell my motorbike and previously having gone through bad experiences with customers acting up when it came to closing the deal I decided to go with Duseja to help with the sale. Shaheen was great from get go, he explained in detail about the process of the sale, what all would be done to get the sale completed in a short amount of time, he gave me an honest idea about what to expect in terms of price. The entire process was completed in two weeks of the bike being placed on sale without me having to worry about anything. Would definitely recommend Duseja for either buying or selling bikes. They have a good selection of electric scooters as well which I was able to test ride.

I was dealing mostly with WasimHe was extremely professional and helpful even after i asked way too many questions.The marketing manager (name i forgot) is a real pleasure to speak to and Shaheen was helpful with a lot of questions regarding the aftersales.I had the new bike transferred under my name within 1 days of viewing and confirming the purchase.

Id been looking for the right bike for me for months, and just happened to wander in on the off-chance and.. there it was! High quality, low miles, but perhaps a little pricey. However, they permitted a decent level of scrutiny and were helpful where needed but not intrusive and allowed a comprehensive test-ride. Shaheen assisted in a balanced negotiation and made the whole process relatively stress free to effect an efficient and pleasurable delivery. I cant fault the experience and would recommend these guys to anyone seeking their bike.

Have been bringing my bikes to Duseja for a quite a few years now, they have always been polite and worked on any issues I had and I believe they have sound mechanics who work from their hearts to do they best they can and i find it hard to find fault with any of the staff there right now. It maybe a little more expensive than other places but that is life, you get what you pay for and paying a little more for something you put your life on each time you go out, i believe it is worth it.

Had a good experience with 2 bikes over the last 18 months. Faced an issue with the 3rd bike in June as they didn’t use proper gaskets and instead used sealant. After taking the bike from the workshop by 10 days, it started leaking oil. Took the bike to HD and found out that they didn’t do a quality job and had to pay AED 3,000 to rectify the error they made. Not going to visit again I believe.

I had repaired my bike here. Tito named mechanic worked on it. Sweet talker but not so sweet at work mechanic. The lady in charge (some filipino) has an attitude as if she is doing a favor on you. They had priced the repair higher and when asked for breakdown, they couldnt justify the 600 aed extra. Just some consumables and labour she said. Even though labour was added per hour separately and the consumables too. When pointed it out she offered to give discount in the next servicing. They are a complete rip off. I have no experience in purchasing or selling a bike here but definitely not a place worth visiting for repairs. Sly people charge a premium to fool customers. Quality of work nothing different than the workshops in sharjah industrial area. Have recommended all my friends to avoid this garage at any cost.

They also sell pre owned bike which they service to give you the best possible guarantee of flawless operation. And always willing to discuss those winding mountains roads with you:-)

Went in for a bike wash. Aed 65. Charlie took great care of my bike. Good service and good price. A coffee vending machine or good place a sit would have been nice since it takes about an hour.

They solve main two issues in mv agusta brutale 800 that mv agusta dealer took two months unable to solve it , and they just did it in two working days i really appreciate their efforts 👏 beside that all staff was respectful and friendly

Terrible customer service. Dropped my bike off before going on holiday for 4 weeks. Work not even started when I got back. Took another 5/6 weeks to complete little more than a basic service. Then a further 3 weeks to get paint samples. Gave up on that one. To cap it off they damaged the bike on the day it was supposed to be returned. It takes their office rep approx 7-10 days to respond to even the simplest inquiry. Dont waste your time with these guys.

I had my bike diagnosed in this awful place. Superficial work, extremelly long waiting time (8 days to check the cooling system), rude staff and high prices. Not able to spot the issues of the bike, had to call 15 times. They even tried to sell me a used part as if it was new. Absolutelly not recomended. Many better shops next to it RPM, Superbikes, etc. with even more competitive prices.

Nice set of bikes on display... Especially if youd like to see some Triumphs there for Service or on Sale... Only drawback was I didnt find anyone in the store who could help except for the mechanic working on the bikes... Guess they mightve all been busy... Nevertheless, a good place to start if you are looking to buy a bike...

This Company is going from strength to strength every time I visit there is something new on offer and their latest tie up with Royal Enfield offers another string to their bow. Ed and the team are doing great things here to strengthen the motorcycle scene in UAE.

Its a good place for your italian racers and Vespa. But its seriously overpriced by Dubai standards. Service for vespa is ridiculous!Spark plug 45AED, while on Al yousef 21AED! That is across the whole range. Sorry for sucha nice brands they carry.I service my bikes on my own and get the spare parts online from US once warranty expires.
