Racist staff. Rude attitude. If I could give 0 stars, I would..! They dont care about customer service or satisfaction at all. They discriminate people based on their race and refuse to serve. They shouldnt be allowed to work anywhere! Shame on this place and its staff. Do yourself a favor and dont go there.

They dont deserve any rating. I was affronted at the racist and rude way a staff treated one of my friends, who is black. She went to retrieve money sent by her friend, and the staff did not believe her. He told her he did not trust her and would not give her the money. He said she could go somewhere else because there was no way he would give her the money. This is after she had presented all the evidences and receipts that indeed her friend had sent her money and she is the recipient. A treatment like this is not befitting any company. Lets not even talk about how unprofessional and downright unacceptable their customer service is. Nobody should ever feel like they do not belong or like they are not worth a service because of their race or skin color. As someone of the same skin color, I understand how his rude words must have made her feel and stand by her side 100%. People like that staff must be let go. If this company wont get itself together and actually show a respectable customer service, then dont be surprised at the flood of negative comments that will keep coming cause people arent stupid; they will speak up about the injustice they see.

A black girl was discriminated against in this establishment, simply for the color of her skin. She was not allowed to withdraw her money, even having her identity verified, simply because the employee did not trust a black female. The staff is ludicrously cruel and bigoted. It is unbelievable that places and people like this still exist, but we will not tire of calling them out. Do NOT engage with this establishment for any kind of service, whatsoever. It is disheartening to see this happen, and I wouldve rated 0 stars if it were possible.

Refusing to give your customer’s money and kicking her out because she is black? The employees clearly need to be educated or fired! I’ll never use your services and make sure my friends do the same! Such a shame for an exchange company.

A black friend tried to withdraw money and was refused service and told that she is untrustworthy! A persons skin should not stop them from getting fair treatment. Furthermore, we are in the middle of a pandemic and the refusal of any service might cause greater impact than you think.This behaviour is unacceptable. Be better, do better

In a world where we should strive for humanity and diversity, an exchange bureau deprives a citizen of their money because they dont trust the color of their skin.How shameful of a treatment. Forget about being a client, but you are not a human at their eyes. This is unacceptable. Avoid if you can my internationals. And if you cant, good luck being looked at like a criminal, again, just because you are from a nationality they dont trust.

It is 21st-century and I find it really apalling to witness a customer being mistreated purely based on her nationality. Not only she was subjected to xenophobic attidue but also she was provided the her money. There is neither justification nor expanation to this unacceptable incident. Never ever stop by this branch and change your way if you are heading there.

HORRIBLE EXCHANGE STATION. They are racist and discriminatory. Absolutely disappointed. They didnt make the money transfer. No reason whatsoever other than a rude attitude. Make sure you get your service from a professional exchange office.

Bad service no manner to how to deal with customers

They gave me hard time although I provided necessary identification and customer service is literally trash. Unless you have no other option I do not recommend it at all. I would give zero stars if I could.

Do not enter this exchange office unless you want to be humiliated and discriminated against. If the employee doesnt like you (regardless of your identity card and proof of legality) they will not give you money. Its a shame.

I was blatantly discriminated against by one of the members of their staff. He refused to provide me service on the basis of my race and nationality. If youre a black person like me, please avoid this branch. To the staff of this branch who treated me with hate and mistrust though I did absolutely nothing wrong, I ask you to please do better as a human being.
