Let me give you my honest review, it’s high time you need to train your staff ayesha that is sitting at Cashier no 6.Unpleasant attitude, very rude, poor assistance and not able to deal with customer in right manners and extremely poor time management. It’s fine if one don’t wish to help but never with attitude issues. Please train your staff before letting her to sit in front counter handling customer next time!I would like to thank Mr. Farooq for assisting with his kindness and solved my problem at that point of time by giving his internet access to email my document to cash-out my fund.

One of the worse exchange ARIE. In international city Union cop.The philipino lady rude only one counter open others are in seat but watching the customers.I wanna send the money to Philippines to my sister and law because of her rudeness I went to find other exchange.She said she needed the proof who Im I.

They don’t have western union service in there exchange which is really weird coz everyone use that service as it is the fastest.Secondly whenever I go there hardly 2 or 3 service agents will be there and all other counters will be empty.Very slow service and sadly this is the only exchange in this small mall

Worst customer service ever, the person who claims to be the manager doesn’t even have a name tag, and willing to share his name. So rude and unprofessional. I came to take money from cash pick up, fist they sad they Dnt have this service, second they are like u need to b the same nationality to collect the money. Never ever faced such service in the entire life. The manager is asking me who are u to ask question from him and saying to go complain and he wil not give any information. I’m sure he is not even the manager. Al rostamani international city (Union Corp).This is the last time I wil ever use your service.

Lol! This money exchange has the worst service ever! Not shocked that people are rating em one star!We used to send to Al Ansari and Redha, but unfortunately Al Rostamani is the only available money exchange in Union Coop.It was our first time to use this money exchange! At first, we were hesitating and uncomfortable with the agent! He keeps on asking us uncomfortable question.Then, we register for the first time. He just ask for the name of the beneficiary and thats it! We were kinda confused, because he didnt even ask for the address or contact number of the beneficiary and he said that they dont need those.The day after that, my cousin is trying to claim the money (pls note that there was a huge typhoon in my country so they need aids) but the agent said that the money isnt there yet and there was no transaction happened.Same day, we called to customer service of this company and they ask for the contact number of the beneficiary which they said that they dont need on the first place!Second day, they were calling us countless times and asking for another number of the beneficiary! WHICH THEY SAID THEY DONT NEED! Oh, God. They need another number coz the current number we had provided isnt working. Yah, I mentioned earlier that there was a huge typhoon in my country so thats the reason why you cannot reach him.Still the same day, they kept on calling us even we are at work. Forcedly asking for alternate number of the beneficiary.Third day, the customer service informed us that cash is ready to pick up and even send us alot of screenshot and photos for proof. He even informed me that we can pick up at LBC but his other colleague told us that we cannot pick up at LBC!!! Now, were totally confused.Okay. So.Fourth day, it was 4:00AM Dubai time when my cousin came again to claim the remittance and guess what, he was informed that the remittance isnt ready yet. He waited there for almost an hour but nothing happened!NEVER SEND MONEY HERE. THEY WILL LET YOU WAIT. NO CONSIDERATION.

Pathetic service. I went there for MoneyGram.The rep at the counter Mr. Farooq said he can only send my MoneyGram if the receiver is of the same nationality as mine and said it had nothing to do with AlRostamani Exchange, it was MoneyGram policy. This doesnt make sense. I called MoneyGram helpline and they confirmed they have no such policy and I can send money anywhere.I returned to this exchange and put the AlRostamani agent Mr. Farooq on call with MoneyGram customer service agent Mr. Ramesh. At that time, AlRostamani guy changed his statement and said its not MoneyGram problem, its our AlRostamani issue as I suspect this transaction to be suspicious. I asked how could you change your statement altogether and he quite rudely asked me to contact AlRostamani Exchange complaint center if I have any issues. And that he would not send the money I wanted to send. He couldnt tell me why he found my money transfer suspicious. I provided him with my Emirates ID but the guy was clearly lying and changing statements.The only reason I think he did that was, I reached there at around 930PM, the exchange was closing at 10PM. Only 2 counters were operational, a few customers were waiting and since I was a first time visitor to AlRostamani so he had to enter all my data. He just avoided entering my data and setting me up as a customer and refused my transaction without any reason.Very very disappointed with the kind of services AlRostamani Exchange is offering at International City branch. Was my first visit and I am surely never going to return ever. And will do my best to write this story about their pathetic service.Thank you

Very poor service. I have sent money to my sister last February 9, 2019 imagine it should be maximum of 15 minutes to received the money but she just get it today February 12, 2019 after I called Al Rostamani office. What if the money need for the hospitalization what you will do, just wait for miracle?
