Recently I went to one of your branch in AP its located in andrapradhesh East godavari district its called p gannavaram village and also mandal its self maybe if Im wrong that date was 14th of August 2021 your r very rood not even taking care of your costumersThey were busy to take photos with our national flag wearing their shirt pockets and there is one guy was checked my passport I have never seen in international airport!!Even the costoms officer never check my passport like thatPls u people need take some action about that....!!!

Very bad customer service. They can’t wait after 8:30 pm, if you are in hurry also they will ask you to come to the next day. There is no express money transfer available, it’s an normal exchange. They don’t know how to manage the customers.
