This is the scenario.(march 8, 2021 @ 12:48pm)My cousin called me way back from philippines and he said that i need to send money urgently for personal matter.i prepared myself and reach their shop for about 10mins.id came up inside their store and since theres no any customer i go straight to the counter.the first counter said that i can go to the other counter because he is in recieving/claiming area. and i did go to that counter.when im at the next counter this filipina asked me to wait for 2minutes because they are exchanging gifts or gift giving to the staff i guess and i sat on the waiting area.Suddenly, the security guard called me and said that dont sat their and he offered me the monoblock chair for security guards.My point is, on my first time experienced way back before, they assists me because im a new customer. they asked me to avail their membership card and so i did.and now you want me to wait for 2minutes. Do you think i will believe that they can finish their gatherings in 2minutes. HELLO GUYs.. im not idiot. every seconds, minutes or hour is very important to me because Im a online trader. so i need to hurry up.giving gifts can be done at closing hours or much better to put signage ON BREAK or CLOSED rather than asking me to sit and wait on security guards area.THIS IS FREAKING NIGHTMARE!!!JOYALUKKAS brief your staffs.

We reached this place at 9:39PM to receive funds sent via IME from Malaysia. The guy said the counter is already closed when Google says closing time is 10PM. He said the online service of IME Remit is already offline, but we were able to get the money from a nearby exhange house.
