At Scape, I ordered a Mediterranean Pizza, a Seafood Risotto and a Seafood Platter. The seafood was fresh and the food was really good (though one of the guests I was with likely got food poisoning here).The seafood platter had lobster, some oysters, salmon tartare, octopus, crab sticks and some shrimp. Risotto was nice but the mediterranean pizza is super basic (too expensive for the price). Location is good. Staff is attentive but was condescending to one of the guests after the guest said that he had forgotten to provide us with another dish that we ordered.

Amazing food and views. Fine dining restaurant at its best, with great views. However being situated in Burj AL Arab, it is a tad bit overpriced and bookings need to be done before arrival, otherwise be prepared to but tickets at the entrance and endure Dubai heat.

Scape restaurant and lounge are in Burj Al Arab. If you want to have some snacks muat visit it with the beautiful sunset view at the bank of sea. The place is very refreshing and soothing.You can take shisha in Scape Lounge.All food items are tasty and price is also affordable.There is swimming pool as well but for that you should be staying in Burj Al Arab 😜

This place is beautiful, as expected. Food is delicious and expensive (even at happy hours 4-6pm), as expected. Service is excellent, as expected. And it is so so very hot, which is not expected! I came at 5pm and left after 40 minutes because the fans are just not enough.

Once you enter, go on the left side, next to the bar - it is the perfect place to watch the sunset, and a whole view of the building :)

Well I went for a dinner organised by our company after an event in Dubai.The location is very nice and you have the chance to cross Burj Al Arab reception and take some pictures etc...The staff are very friendly and helpfulWhy I putted four stars is because the quantity of food face to the price is very small and all the 12 person who were with agreed on the same feed back it’s a small quantity...

A good place to relax and enjoy the view of Dubai, or the company of friends. It’s both a restaurant and a lounge, but we came late, so we enjoyed the lounge area.Food or snacks are served, and Shisha service too. The snacks are a hit and mess. And of yeah, avoid the vegetable chips 😃The staff is friendly and accommodating. You don’t feel the rush of Dubai and actually chill for hours. Definitely will be coming back and maybe experiencing the restaurant next time.

This place is very nicely done with indoors and beautiful outdoor sitting.My friend and I were nicely welcomed by the well groomed staff who presented us first with warm hand towels and later on with vegetable fries and roasted almonds.We ordered seasonal drinks and enjoyed our stay. Food was good quality. Some Staff member was very polite and very helpful but a gentleman who was inside the restaurant and met us at first inside was not with smile and welcoming one. He informed another staff to help us and left. Restaurant wasn’t clean enough. Salt and Pepper pots were open without a lid on the table. Many thanks to the lady who was just outside the restaurant to welcome us and the gentleman who served us food and finally took payment.

It is a very nice experience! Great ambience and food. I went for a brunch on a Friday and it was a nice experience but I always feel I overpaid. I know it is the Burj Al Arab but still too pricey. The starters of the brunch were great and you can repeat as many times you want (should I have known that the main dishes were tiny I would have repeat more than twice the starters - lol). If you can afford this type of places and want to get to know the hall of the hotel and go up to the stairs go, don’t miss it.

As part of Burj Al Arab, Scape restaurant is in line with everything else at this magnificent hotel. The place is wonderful, near the swimming pool and with astonishing view to Arabic Gulf. The architecture of the restaurant and exterior areas is just perfect with exceptional attention to details.The restaurant has a limited menu but with plenty of light dishes adequate to the pool ambiance and prepared with extreme quality. Dont expect heavy or big portions though.The service is, as one should expect, perfect.The price is proportional to all described above.

Terrible experience. I called ahead of time to inform them that it was my wifes birthday and we had agreed to make it special. Upon arriving, I was properly disappointed to discover that the management had done nothing for us. Thanks for ruining my wifes birthday! Later I made an official complaint and the management did absolutely nothing to welcome us back. No apology was given. Perhaps I would expect this of a lesser place but this is extremely disappointing coming from Burj Al Arab. We will never go there again.

We went there as part of our Jumeirah Summer Flavours Half Board stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary.While there wasnt much to choose from the half board menu, the food itself was delicious. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They acknowledged our anniversary with a nice cake and a flower.

Being the only 7 star hotel in the world speaks for itself. Its location surround by the glorious sea really sets the scene. The fairly new terrace with pools and restaurants and bar was throroughly enjoyable. Even if you dont plan to stay there its definitely worth a visit. The Scape is reasonably priced and might be affordable for most.

I am a foodie and I always enjoy a nice sitting, and good food. This restaurant is on the base of Burj al Arab, so I thought it might offer some nice views. But it does not, theres a pool and a nice view of ocean but you cant go there because its for members or residents only. Theres a canopy over you so you cant see the Burj while eating either. The service was very poor, there were barely any people, yet the waiters would take their own sweet time to come.All of it would still be okay, if the food was nice, but it was not. The portions were very very small and the taste was just okay. If you find nice ambience, good views and nice food there are better options in Souk Madinat Jumeirah. Oh and i almost forgot they are very expensive for no good reason.So what Im trying to say is, save your money it can be better spent elsewhere.

A nice place to come with Friends and Family. There is a nice view of the horizon - Arabian Gulf. The breeze is really cool too to enjoy the night with everyone. The environment is nice. The service are really good and the staff are friendly too.

Located at the Burj al Arab complex. Very nice location, we stayed a week as guests at the Burj, and visited the Scape a few times. Prices are high, but service is very good!

Very bad quality of food. Prices are cheaper compared to other restaurants at Burj Al Arab. Worst place to eat, they had the worst Mediterranean food I have ever tasted. The customer services was okay. The burger was so bad we couldnt even take a single bite. Definitely not recommended.

Waiting staff was very friendly and courteous but seemed lost at times. Food was excellent, Maitre d could not be any more passive aggressive. Totally unprofessional.They forgot one of our dishes and brought it out at the end of our meal. When questioned we were told that this octopus dish took longer than the other one that we had also ordered. Seemed odd so I questioned the waitress. She admitted that they had forgotten to put that plate in and apologized for the miscommunication. We told her not to worry, no big deal, mistakes happen but we would have appreciated a more honest response. We then ordered desert. 40 minutes later and still no desert. Keep in mind that we did not order a souffle. I asked that they cancel the desert and give me the bill. The maitre d asked me why I was canceling, I explained. She then asked if I was accustomed to eating in restaurants that served fresh food and that fresh food took longer to prepare. If I expected fast food service? I terminated the conversation and asked for the bill. Only reason for the 3 stars is due to the quality of the food and the professional service staff otherwise a 1 star.

Very bad and management is worst and totally empty place with no atmosphere. We were not allowed to enter unless we book in advance. It was a week day. We were 3 persons but we were not sure about the 4th as it was my wife and she is pregnant. But they told us that its 200 dirham minimum spend for each even tho we were not sure if my wife would make it they made us pay for her in advance and the deal was, in case she wouldn’t come, we would’ve got the amount refunded . Their excuse was that it’s going to be packed in the evening and probably my wife will be rejected..... well as I thought my wife didn’t come and once we arrived there at 9pm no one was there, it was totally empty!!!!!!!!! We tried to call a manager for 3 hours no one showed up for the refund. And at 12am finally a guy called “Leo” showed up. He said that he couldn’t give back anything because they don’t have a refund policy ( so they lied to us ) and we could spend the money on a take away meal. Anyway after a long discussion he told us that we can spend the 200 dhs another day and we accepted it. Today we came there and guess what!! They were not accepting that, and been told that they couldn’t not do anything for us. Very very very bad. I expected something better from a so calles 7 star hotel, it’s so low class and cheap way of crabbing money. The manager name is Leo. Dont trust this person and dont go to that place. Appart from our bad experience, the shisha is really bad and the place is totally empty with no music or no atmosphere.
