Price is good with respect to the services.Room is very clean and they always leave your room full of water, coffee, sugar..Gym is nice.Staff are very welcoming and ready to help you anytime.

Stayed in this hotel for a month, extended several times, that in itself says enough. Great for short stay or quick visit to Dubai. Perfect location if you prefer to stay in-between Marina and Downtown, next to Internet City metro station, and Tecom area is bustling and full of 24h shops and cafeteria-style restaurants. Rooms are modern and clean, have a good work station and staff at reception desk and housekeeping is fab (all know me by name). You can conveniently park your car in the hotel garage. Pool is small and poolside furniture is a bit outdated compared to hotel interior, but it’s clean, has a nice view and does the job. Minor improvements I’d recommend: pool closes already at 6pm and gym at 9pm, terrace outside is only for restaurant guests while as an in-house guest you’d also like to eat your take-away meal outside and not in your room every day. Besides that it felt like my home during my short stay in Dubai.

It’s not my first time staying in a hotel and actually not the first time in this hotel. We booked for 2 night all the way from Abudhabi to spend the weekends in Dubai. As we all are exhausted from work the whole week and we are trying to manage our weekends to be perfect for relaxing. We haven’t requested for housekeeping to clean the room and if we need it we definitely requested for it. So coming back from the pool of the hotel we reached the room and it’s all clean. And all our purse and personal belongings are in the room without knowing that the housekeeping entered and clean the room without our permission. And some cash missing. We called the reception and they said the manager will call. But until now no one called. We decided to leave the place even we are booked for 2 nights. Because we are not comfortable anymore. While checking out they don’t even bother to apologize and no action. Our weekend mess up and we will definitely go back to this hotel.

I liked the balcony. The rooms are spacious in my opinion and theres also a sofa bed which was very cosy and useful.

We stayed here for a whole week while visiting Dubai and the experience was great. Everyone was professional and kind, especially Hanan and Mahmoud, who helped us in any situation and answered our questions. The hotel room was spacious, clean, with a nice view and the bathroom also had everything you need. The room service cleaned our room everyday. The hotel also has a SPA, a GYM and a rooftop pool with a great view over the city. Also, its close to the metro and bus stations and in walking distance to a lot of markets, shops and restaurants.

Great & affordable 4 star Hotel. Stayed here 10 nights. Love the rooftop pool and the gym. Location is good if want to be fast in downtown as it’s directly at the Metro station. Dubai Marina and Mall of the Emirates is less than 10mins by Metro.

Stayed here for a month. Really great service and the booking experience was seamless. Got a Dluxe room with a balcony which is really well maintained with a decent view when you want to get away from the regular air conditioning. Rooftop pool view can be quite good with a view of the cityscape around JLT.The allocation of rooms across different floors is quite biased. Taking a long term of a month you can see that the hotel allocated higher floors to certain customers and lower to others. This would definitely put them off a 5 star rating for me.

Service is good, price is good! Recommend.But please be aware the doors have no door closers, so if you don’t close them with a bang they might stay open, my door was open when i came back from the pool.Subsequently 400€ was taken from my room (maybe other guests as it was full), so put your money in the vault.

Hotel is very good and they have a Very nice restaurant as well. The only thing the pool is not as big as it appears on google search. I am posting an original picture of pool so that you can have an idea.

Okay so there is a list of the things which I found:1. Zero hospitality2. You ask for water and you pay for it which isnt told at the time of check in, also, not mentioned in their policies.3. Congested rooms4. Washroom lights are too dim and even in the room5. The check out time happens to be at 12pm but theyll come and ask you for your check out half an hour prior as if they want to kick you out!6. Their restaurant has a very limited menu.Overall, pathetic experience.

We booked the DusitD2 with Hotel tonight. The reception supervisor Ahmed says they didn’t receive a booking. Instead of talking to their booking partner hotel tonight to figure out the problem, they said in a really unfriendly way “it’s not our problem, you go talk to hotel tonight and figure out why we didn’t receive your booking” this is terrible customer service! Obviously hotel tonight confirmed to us that the booking was sent to the Dusit hotel. So the hotel f** up and was unfriendly about it.

The location is near everything you will ever need.Hanna and Romina from Reception were amazing and very helpfull. The food from the restaurant is tasty, good priced, the waiters always on your service. Housekeeping doing an amazing job without even asking. The pool is great, but I would recommend 2-3 umbrellas cause the sun is incredibly strong.With my eyes closed, I am 11/10 amazed by this hotel and it s employees. Decent place.The positives: Delightful and professional staff. Rigorous hygiene standards at the restaurant. Very decent sized rooms.The negatives: I booked one King bed, they gave me two single beds stuck together. The quality of the housekeeping cleaning was subpar; the only make up your bed, change the bins and leave - no real cleaning

I’ve stayed in this hotel a few times, super clean with amazing staff. One person that really stood out on my recent visit was Hanan on the front desk. She was really helpful, polite and courteous. A fantastic person to have on your front desk.

I stayed for more than 2 weeks and it was amazing. The whole staff has been always helpful and the area is located in Tecom close to many beautiful places such as Palm Jumeirah and not far from Mall of Emirates.

I have no words to explain how i feel when we entered in the hotel. Simply fabulous, well maintained, hotel staff is very helpful to help you out for everything, when you dont understand how to use the things. I really like this hotel. I dont give 5 stars. They deserve 7 stars.

The staffs were friendly and very helpful. My room service order came in about 10-15mins after placing the order. The room was clean except for the fact that I met trash behind the curtain that was probably left there by the old guest. Every other thing was in good condition.

Im currently staying in this Hotel. Its service quality is on par with a 2 star hotel. The most basic services are sold as add-on. Such as Ice, Soap, etc.moreover the staff acts aloof and indifferent. There is a clear lack of communication between teams. House keeping says its restaurants fault, restaurant says its management fault and management blames house keeping. And customers are the one who suffer in all this chaos.There are plenty of better options around. Stay away from this hotel

We booked a two night stay for our friends online including breakfast and gave them our card to hold any extra charges. Upon arrival they’re being told there is no reservation despite the fact that they are showing the reservations we made both by email confirmation from the booking agent and our personal screenshots of the payment confirmation. The receptionist at Dusit claims they have no reservation and he does not accept the reservations given to him as proof. Our guests offer to pay him by our card upon our instruction and he still declines to accommodate them. We ourselves call The receptionist where upon he first hangs up the phone on us telling us we’re not important to him. Then upon a second call tells us that he can only accept them if the booking agent sends a direct email confirmation to him, let me remind you this is now late at night and agents are hard to get a hold of. Nonetheless after half hour on the line with the booking agent, the agent calls the receptionist and is being told by the receptionist that he will not accept our guests regardless of our paid reservation. We call a second time on behalf of our guests who have now been standing hours in the lobby and ask why he won’t take a card whereupon he tells us it’s no problem we can pay but separately tells them they can’t and that he has not received any email from our agent nor spoken to our agent, which we already know for a fact isn’t true. Fast forward the booking agent rebooks our guests to a new hotel and promises to reimburse us the price difference.Bottom line, we’re not sending anyone to this place again. Awful service. We feel so embarrassed for having had our guests go through this experience.

Great place to spend some quite time doing some work on your laptop or to read a book. The ambience is what drives me here.

I am posting this for my wife. I have stayed at this hotel twice before but standards have really deteriorated. On checking in I was given a room with mould around the bathroom sink and the bathroom light was not working. I refused to stay in the room so was given an alternative which barely met the minimum standard. Towels are grey rather than white and after a few days I happened to make my own bed when I noticed there were old blood stains on the mattress. This is not acceptable. Coronavirus is no excuse for dirty rooms!The rooms decore is also looking very tired.I picked this hotel due to its location but I wont be staying here again. I feel very dissappointed and I am sure there are far better hotels in Dubai for the money.

Its okey but no facilities like a 3* Hotel, I think need to improve.

The staff are very polite and respectful, especially the front desk staff (Marilyn). She is always happy to assist and guide the guests from the time of check in til your last time of checkout. The place and room are clean.

So far so good .... Still one more night to go then will know more at the end of the stay.

Good location, posh interior, nice staff. Roof top pool is a big cozy, nice gym and sauna amenities. I wouldn’t consider this a fancy hotel as everything in the room felt cheap. The balcony door wouldn’t shut completely so there is a small hissing sound if you are a light sleeper it may be a problem. Also the window curtains were full of dusts when I arrived in the room. I paid $74 a night which is good value of the money considering everything. Just manage your expectations. :)

Excellent hotel and a wonderful experience staying here, from start to finish. Right when you enter, one of the first things youll notice is how amazing the lobby looks and smells! The check-in process is quick and swift, and I was even offered a good towel and complimentary apple juice during it. The rooms are fantastic - clean, comfortable and have big windows and all amenities that you could possibly need. Room service and housekeeping is fantastic as well. Room service was usually very quick, even when called upon at odd hours. The front desk and concierge was extremely helpful and courteous. All-in-all, my experience with Dusit was 10/10 and I would definitely stay here again! If I were to nitpick I would say their pool is a little small. Couple of important things to note, Google Maps shows the nearest metro station (Internet City Metro Station) to be a 6 min walk from the hotels entrance - this is not true. The hotel has a back gate, which is like a 30-second walk from the metro station entrance. Also, there are many convenience stores, burger joints and food options near the hotel (some open 24/7).

TL;DR: So to make a long story short. Dont come here with a family and if you want to rest, and dont expect the hotel to deal with your problems. They just dont care. Otherwise a well located and decent hotel, but Im never staying here again.The hotel is in a great location (although taxi drivers have no idea where it is) to explore Dubai. Mall of Emirates is just a 5 min ride from the Hotel, and none of the sights are farther than 15 minutes. The room we got was clean, surprisingly large and had all the convenience we needed.Breakfast was okay, they have large enough variety so you dont get bored, and they change some of the meals daily. My only nitpick is that the coffee was a bit below average.If this would have been all, then I would rate the hotel higher, but sadly our stay there was anything but relaxing.Now onto my problem:We stayed there for 7 nights in a family room. Out of those 7, we couldnt sleep for 5 nights due to our neighbors on both sides of our rooms waking up at 4 a.m. and started yelling and blasting obnoxiously loud music. We even brought earplugs because we knew some hotels are just noisier than others, but this was on the next level. On all these occasions we had to call reception in the middle of the night and they were able to handle it, but the next night it happened again, and again. After the 5th time, we decided that we had enough and asked for a manager. They told us at the reception that the manager will not be present in the hotel (weird if you ask me) but they will forward our problem to him/her. They even admitted that this is a known issue and happens very often! Since this was at the end of our stay they were probably thinking that they will be able to blow us off as we werent too pushy about it. They succeeded as they proceeded to tell us for the next two days that the manager will contact us as soon as he/she is able. Well, that never happened. After I got home, I even sent them an email about a possible resolution but they never answered. (That was a month ago).

The staff at reception are very rude and they dont know how to talk in polite way, it is like they are doing favors on taking or bookings, as per them take it or leave it

One of the best hotels in Dubai for value for money and convenience

A great place to stay. The staff goes above and beyond all the time. Upon arrival we were served fresh pineapple juice. The room was clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. Water provided daily. They kept our bags after we checked out since we had a late flight. There are many food places available within walking distance. The bathroom in the lobby is also very clean. Tea and dates are usually in the lobby.
