The clinic is above average from my expectation as a patient, but the process in getting lab test and waiting for the queue is very slow. It takes me almost 2hrs to wait from the last queue to my no which is 5person before me.Hope that they will upgrade their lab service to better serve more patients.God bless KIMS HEALTH MEDICAL CENTRE.

I am specially writing this review today because of the BAD BEHAVIOR of the PATIENT that I saw. I am myself working in hotel industry as Front Office and am fully in knowledge of the TERRIBLE way that GUESTS behave. Hats off to the staff, who manage to keep their cool despite being abused by such DISHONEST PATIENTS.The gentleman in front of me held up the entire registration process for FULL 45 MINUTES. Why? Because he had a LOW QUALITY INSURANCE which required him to get a GP referral before he could meet the specialist! The lady at the desk explained this to this PATIENT fully three times. Did he understand? Of course not. HE WAS A VIP!! HOW CAN HE WAIT IN Q? Never mind that all of the rest of us are patiently waiting like decent well brought up people. He decided to go and barge into the doctors room and SHOUT LOUDLY! I ask, is that the way for a GUEST to behave? When buying Insurance, did he not check the terms of the policy? Is it so difficult to understand that if you buy the cheapest insurance, you will get last priority and have to wait for approval? How is that the fault of the Staff? Can they change the terms of the Insurance policy?If this GUEST had behaved like this with me in my hotel, I would have called the POLICE.I dont know how the Staff were able to keep patience with such a BAD PATIENT! They are truly angels.So, I want to tell all the STAFF of KIMS - you are not alone. Those of us who are in service jobs like you understand your situation very well. Dont let 1 bad person ruin your day. You are all doing a wonderful job, as best as you can. Please keep smiling and be happy!

I visited a few days back. Well located next to the Abu Baker metro station. They have heavy rush on Saturdays, best time is a weekday. Quite neat and clean clinic. Doctors are professional and caring. And they have a kabayan GP! I was referred to ENT, who was also very nice. Their rates for lab tests are really very reasonable. Insurance process is little slow though.

Very well location. Good doctors. Has wifi to help past time. Had to wait about 20 minute. Ear doctor gave all medicine in insurance only. Thumbs up.

I am coming from last four years and I always find doctors good. The surprising is how come one receptionist can attend so many patients at a time when it’s emergency. To avoid rush and save time i would recommend at least two on reception at a time

Dr. Syed Shah is a very professional doctor. He will listen in every details concerning your health problem. Then he will analyze and advice you accordingly on what you will do. He will even explain why you are experiencing such health problem and guide you on how to avoid or not experience the same again.Kudos to Dr. Syed Shah. Keep him as he is one of the great asset in your clinic.

Doctors are good but no system at all!Patient just barge in in Doctor’s room without queu number and receptionists just doesn’t care and if you are waiting for your turn, nothing will happen, waiting for whole day and you cannot have your turn.I just hope they will fix this nonsense of wasting people’s time.

I have been visiting this medical centre since last year, had two different doctors, and Dr. Syed Shah was by far the best doctor I had. He gets into the details to examine your condition with no sense of rush, gives the right prescription, and would make sure you get the medicine you need for treatment. He also forms good relationship with his patients seeing the interactions he had with them when I went for follow up consultation.

As per my experience, doctor was very calm and helpful during my consultation time. But the service provides such as insurance support and registration team very bad and their attitude is very shame full.. As a hospital these kind of staff Will reduce the image in front of the public.The people who are dealing the insurance, they are deciding the time for each approvals. They are not applying on time also...Really fed up with these people.. If they are doing like this i dont what will happened with an emergency person... I have been a regular visitor of this clinic for the last few months. I am happy with the clinic over all.I have few suggestions to the management.Your doctors are generally good (the one I visited- the dental and ENT deserve credit). Nurses are also fine. Recent months the clinic has upgraded its facilities. What you need to do urgently is a free wifi facility to the patients. If you want to be a patient friendly clinic that is very urgent. Many decent clinic have started offering this facility long back. If you want to be in the race for acceptance, You have to act now or you will gradually pushed back.The reception people should be more disciplined. They should be doing less personal chat and making noises and laughs when sick patients are waiting in the lobby.F Kay.

I have seen this clinic growing from the year it started n services has improved a lot, the best I can say. Mostly I visit the clinic to consult my angel on earth Dr. Shailaja mam, she is so sweet n humble, speaks to the patients very softly, listen n answer to the queries politely also Allah has given shifa(Cure) in her hands Ma sha Allah. I really appreciate her n luckily I was her 1st patient in the clinic. Thank you mam. Moreover staff is also hard working n kind. Keep it up with your good work.One thing I want to suggest is to arrange a quick check up for patients who come in emergencies, so that they need not wait for long for registration n all inspite of coming to the clinic in emergency. Hi I just visited Kims today and had a very nice experience for my cyst surgery with Dr.Syed,a very nice and accomodating surgeon,thank u also to his nurse who was a great help in the whole process.Receptionist (Filipina) is nice as well as the nurses in room #6 ,only in laboratory i feel nervous when doing the blood test,the nurse couldnt find my pulse so she need to repeat the injection twice.But overall its a good experience.I would love to recommend Dr.Syed.God bless

I want to give thanks to Dr Kabeer who took care of me last month when I got sick. Even in Aster where I went to I was not examined full because doctor was scared. Then from Aster I got refer to ENT because mi cough was not good. I was even running high fever and lots of muscle pain and throt pain. Aster GP told that I should call DHa but on tht calling I was told I should just take medicine at home. Even my COVID was negative but Aster GP still not even checking me. Then when I got refer to KIMS Dr Kabeer sawed me and checked me full. He is like farishta. Wrote all medicine for me and spoke so kindly even when I called him on phone to ask mi doubts. With his medicine I got OK in just 3 days. So I want to say thanks. We ppl are living far from home. We needs good friends to take care of us. Thanks to you Sir.

Prompt service in administrative lvl and also the doctor I visited E.N.T specialist Dr. KABEER BAKSHI .. very clear and very well he attended my health issue and also was patient with me while I stated my condition. Even the administration staff was helping as I reached little late for some lab tests while the nurses had left for lunch ..still I was attended by receptionist and she did the needed paperwork and got my tests done.

Waiting time too long. Staffs are also very rude. Funny thing the waiting time for doctor is 30-40 mints. But to take medicine paper from staff nurse will take more then one hour. Today while i went to insurence counter that lady told me today i have many approvals pending with me for you i might send tomorrow. I dont know how is possible and from where they got training for customer service.

Dr. Devi is really professional: first, she explains clearly the treatment and step by step she anticipates you what she is going to do, so that you are prepared and aware. Second, she ensures you are comfortable and not tensed. Above all, she has a soft hand, which makes treatments bearable also for sensitive people like me

I had visited this clinic 2 years back to extract my tooth, I had just paid the extraction fee.Visited today to extract my another tooth, they say need to pay consultation fee.Why will I pay consultation fee just to say “Dr please extract my tooth” and then pay the extraction feeI will never recommend this Clinic to any of my friends.

I went to this clinic as I was looking for an ENT specialist during the UAE Holidays. I was referred to Dr Kabir Bakshi and I was impressed with his professional approach, care. sense of humor, dedication and he seems to have this fatherly touch on his patients. Also I also thank Sis Riya and Bro Shiju of the Nurses station ( they are at room 17) as they really are angels, very dedicated and made me feel comfortable while giving that injection. We were consulting Dr. Rakhee Divakar for my son and she is one of the best doctor in UAE. KIMS medical Center has almost all the departments and they also have a full fledged pharmacy, laboratory etc. Moreover Commutation is effortless because it’s located next to Abu Backer Sidique metro station. Quality of care was excellent and I truly recommend KIMS for my friends & family.

I went to this clinic through FMC insurance. I got very good treatment for my ear problem. Medicine was very effective. Got OK in just 3 days. Only problem was that to see specialist doctor one has to go through GP. But they arrange referral very quick.

Average waiting time is just more than an hour.... So good for the patients to hear.... Will have good time to wait for your token number.

Great clinic with more dishonesty

I have been visiting KIMS Medical center since a very long time and Id definitely say it is the best clinic in Hor Al Anz. It is right next to the Abu Bakr Metro station which makes it convenient to visit. I like that it is open from 8 am to 9 pm and I can quickly see the doctor before going to work or while returning in the evening from office. It is a friendly place and I feel easy and relaxed when visiting the clinic. Especially Dr. Kabir, the ENT specialist, even Mrs. Riya (the nurse) who were very understanding and helpful. Since the start I was very pleased with their performance and treatment, it was professional and comfortable. Most of my consultation happens at KIMS where you have best doctors in service and awesome & cheerful staff. Yes, sometimes they are overworked (especially on Saturday when everyone seems to want to see the GPs!) but I have always found the reception ppl approachable, helpful and quick to assist.
