Very bad customer service at this clinic. The guy sitting at billing counter is very rude….Even after insurance approval, they will ask us to wait for more than half n hour and every time he is saying 5 minutes more. Doctors and nurses are very good at their service.

Don’t bother to come here. They will trick you into paying money. Better go second floor and use the cheaper Clinic who accept the insurance too…. Thanks too viswinashok especially!

Met Dr.Nesmal pediatrics in Al khail Mall Aster clinic. Very patient friendly and treat kids so well.. He listens our issues patiently and gives us excellent support

Had the worst experience with the nurse today.... She hurriedly gave rotarix doze to my son who ended up vomiting the whole doze then she had audacity to inform me that I have to pay AED 275/- for the doze..... Such poor services and disappointed in the service level....

Dr. Nesmal Musaliar is incredible.For last 5 years we are visiting Dr. Nesmal. He has taken great care of my child health . We earlier used to visit him in Joseph polyclinic Karama branch and Qusais Branch and Happy to see him now in Aster clinic.From his excellent treatment, curiosity, investigative mind and ability to connect, we know where we stand immediately and what next steps look like.For our second child also we will continue to visit Dr. Nesmal and I highly recommend my friends and relatives take specialist guidance from Dr.Nesmal.

Aster Clinic at Al Khail always provides the best service. We have a very good experience with Dr Nesmal Musaliar - Pediatric Specialist, he always give us the right advices and his judgements on the sickness are 99.9% accurate. Two days back we have visited him with our 6 years old son, as usual he take enough time and done the observation and prescribed. His kindness always appreciated. We are being visiting Dr Nesmal many years and we can recommend to anyone who is looking for Pediatrician specialist.

Zero stars as I had a very very bad experience with Dr. Nesmal Musaliar in Aster Al Khail Mall, who misbehaved by being very very rude and unprofessional in communicating with me. Raised his voice and shouted at me for asking simple clarifications. I am mentally disturbed and felt deeply hurt with the way he dealt with me infront of my 6 year old son. Will never reccommend anyone to consult with this doctor. This is not the standard that Aster should set. I request Aster to set some standards for consulting doctors on how to communicate with basic decency. This doctor is not above others and deserves severe penalty for his action. I need a reply and apology and i will take this to the leadership if no action is taken.

It’s a disappointment every time i visit.They always try to get as many tests as possible to claim from the insurance.Especially poor service from the dermatologist i visited, she was making a fuss because i wanted to read & understand the disclaimer form prior to signing ahead of the procedure.

The process is good and it is not crowded. Friendly staffs. Waiting time is little longer even after booking an appointment.

Dr Sunitha George very warm and welcoming and pays attention to detail.I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a gynecologistI would give the clinic a five start rating except for error by call center who booked me for a wrong appointment but overall it was a good experience

Excellent hospitality by the staffs and doctors. Will advice the management to support your reception staff with an additional counter exclusively for appointment patients. Generally all patients have to wait in same line with appointment or for payments.

Keep on waiting.Book online, when you go there they say there online system is not linked with us its different, we book for one doctor when we go there, that doctor is not there.I got the insurance approval, but they are not getting the approval. First doctor say nothing is required other doctor say need one more blood test.

Not adhering to any kind of social distancing rules in waiting rooms with people being allowed to sit in any seats. No enforcement of people sitting on seats theyre not supposed to. Especially sirprising as theyre a medical clinic. Additionally had an appointment time that was in no way kept to and I was left waiting for over an hour to get seen. Poor service all round.

Location and facilities is very clean. Dr. Nesmal (Pediatrician) who looked for my son is very friendly, professional and he lead us up to the end which others doctors dont do......

Dear Aster Team,I would like to give a feedback about general doctorI went there I had a chest pain and she told me to do x-ray after the result she checked and she said slightly infection was found and she prescribed some medicine.I was taking the medicine for 10 days but pain was increasing and after that I decided to go there and check one more time and she send me to do x- ray again.And she really couldn’t find the cause of the pain, after wasting my time there for more than 2 hours, she said go and see the pulmonologist. I went to the Prime medical center and once I gave x-ray to the doctor he clearly said that there is a water in the lung.Thanks to Prime medical center that found the cause of my chest pain. After 2 days of taking medicine I felt better.

Very poor service. It’s was my first and last time with aster. On the call Center they advise us to go barsha brunch. We went there, they refer us to al quoz from there to al khail brunch. We spend there 2 hours. Very slowly. With sick kid I have been driving and spending time. In al Khail clinic pharmacy works only 1 pharmacist. And busy on the phone. My 2 years old son was running around as normal child. Security was very rude and not understandable at all. Pharmacist also was rude

Your appointments are useless!! You need to wait for ages just for you to get scanned by Radiologist! Theres a lot of counter billing but, Only one counter is available. Theres always a long queue! The Radiologist and nurse is just Drinking Chai and Chatting while all the patients are waiting! Very dissapointing experience.

For make a appointments through by phone calls they are not responding quickly ask them to answer the phone calls, critical sutiation only we are make a appointment but there is no response.( alkhail mall )

I’ve been sent to Aster opposite to al Khail mall and at the reception they said it’s been 10 min since they closed! Can’t you just say that it’s about to close? Amazing care and professionalistic

It has been very disgusting and unpleasing approach by Dr. Vishwanath Natesh.I had visited him last week due to running nose without fever. Initially I was made to wait for approximately two hours. I really had to be patient and wanted to meet the doctor very badly.However inspite of waiting for a long time it wasnt a welcoming experience by the above mentioned doctor. I was really unpleased with the approach that I had to face. Investigations suggested by him werent very convincing.

Worst service.They dont have proper systems at all.. After waiting for 1 hour from appointment time you ll get to know you have to go for screening first then consult with doctor.. no one is there to guide where to wait and where to go.. Your token number also will not display..

Doctors are great but waiting time is more on each step even if there are no patients in queue. Registration process throughout the billing counter, is time consuming. Not best service like Medcare of same DM healthcare.

I’m costumer for Aster I have always get delay for the treatments even if we get appointment it is not use still delaying for the processingIf we need any approvals from insurance the insurance team from Aster making delay to send our insurance we have waste our time without reasons when wI check my insurance they are not getting request from Aster this very usually happening please this need do something to improve.

I dont know why aster clinic is so attached to me? Whenever I m in UAE my first choice is aster because Aster made by their staff. Aster well know that staff is back bone for it.Last week I visited in Aster al khail mall for my wife regular check up with Dr. Astha Mishra. She is so kind, so professional it was so warm and make us so emotional. But our bad luck my wife Insurance not covered anymore in Aster Clinic. We feel we loose big things.I always highly recommended Aster clinic. Thank you Dr. Astha, and Sister (who always polite and kind).

I am patient of Dr Arijit Audhya ENT specialist since two years. He is a wounderful peraon and extremely professional and experienced doctor. I use to have antibotic for sneezing allergy problem and ended up with 10 MG tablet only with him. Now I only visit him once my allergy medicine finishes. Rest all my diseases came to an end. Huge respect and appreciation for him.Asif

One of the worst hospital that I have ever seen in my life, I have done my CoVid test in Aster clinic at Al khail mall, Al quoz4 on May 13th,2020 and today is May 25th, 2020.untill now I did not get any call about test result even though I have sent them mail a week ago. Main purpose of taking the CoVid test is to find out and prevent death,I feel after my death also the result will not come. I never recommend this hospital to anyone in my life.Wastage of time,energy and Money.

Sorry to say . very bad review . We called multiple times to customer service (Mon and Thursday) and never gotten get back to for the immunization for my infant . Poor co ordination between customer care and clinic. Pathetic .

Very spacious and well organized, but need to upload patients previous records in your system as early as possible so that the doctor can check the previous history before prescribing any medicines. At present, the fast track service in slow track - need improvement. Nursing staff are very courteous. There are still room for improvement especially in the customer facing front desk staffs.
