People at reception and customer service have no clue about customer service.I needed to do medical test for new job.I went there and they dont talk they just point at web link and ask you to apply online.I did apply and no mention of payment of anything.I attached my personal picture in the application online.I got message that my report is ready.I went there and ask them for it they said you have to give us ur personal picture which i have already attached in the application. They said its not enough we need a physical one which i dont have so i need to go out and search for studio to make one.And also they asked me to pay 258 Aed, i asked them can i pay cash because i was working in bank and i resign so they blocked all my accounts. I cant use any card. They said we dont accept cash go search for tasheel and make e.card.At the end i saw one gentleman he let me use his card and i gave him cash in hand.Sorry but its so frustrating just to make simple medical test 😕

Very slow working process, when we first time came it was fast to make all tests ,doctors are nice , but to collect result took ages, which in my opinion is disorganized process when making tests is faster than collecting it , and results cannot be sent through email

Horrible Clinic and very unprofessional staff.went there today to take the covid-19 vaccine. I got kicked out ( Literally kicked out ) by this very rude male nurse at the door.Knowing that my colleague at work took the vaccine the day before in the same place without any appointment.I asked for help to make an appointment and they said I DONT KNOW DO IT YOURSEF i asked for help coz i have the DHA and al hosn application but they dont make any appointment yet so i asked if there is another application or website where i can make this appointment with them as its just next to my home but also GOT KICKED OUUUTby the way the place was absolutely empty, maybe one person or two only there for the vaccine.I took a video of the incident and i will share it and make sure to tag his highness sheikh Mohamed ben Rashid al Maktoum office to see how these places are treating people.

Slowest. Place. Ever. I came here twice, once to do a simple blood work and it took them 2 hours to do it. And the second time to just pick up the results (how easy is that, right?) that took more than 60 minutes

The services was very nice. I came here to do blood check. The results were given after 3 days works.Allahumma baarik.

GOOD SERVICE

The health center is very neat and clean. I am experiencing since last around 4 years for my children vaccination. The doctors and nursing staff are very cooperative. Only issue is delayed work process and thats need to be improved.

Time is 7:30 I am waiting but still no body come this the picture of main reception no body here

Slowest place. Very lazy staff!Came here for Umrah Vaccine and they took more than 2hours to do assessment , doctor consultation and then Finally VaccineVisit this place only If you want to waste your time.

Worst centre for Umrah Vaccination...it took three hours for tht with no rush or que. better to go somewhere else.

Praise be to God, the state has not failed. I wish the employees to abide by the working hours. The work starts at 7:30, but unfortunately the employees are always at 7:45 or 8:00, and people get stuck at their expense. I hope everyone will abide by the trust entrusted to them.

Al-Muhaisneh is a very busy medical center despite attempts to control and organize, but it remains very congested and does not rise to the expected level of a city such as Dubai, but its advantages are that it works for almost 24 hours for printing services and medical examination for renewal and up to 12 hours for the new medical examination A national identity center is nearby, allowing the fingerprinting process to be completed after the completion of the medical examination at the same place.
