From Reception to the Doctors are very well professional.. I done my 3D Veneer to them to Dr Amira and it’s awesome and beautiful. My derma doctor which is doctor Sarah taking care of my face as well.

Not satisfied with the result of my veneers. It took over 2 months since consultation because they said theres a lot to fix on my teeth. Different dentists from consultation to cleaning to preparation to cementation. I felt like I had been subjected for trial. During the process, I was in pain for weeks, couldnt eat properly having a fever every night. I begged to schedule me at the soonest for the cementation coz I couldnt endure the pain anymore. Cementation day has come, they tested the veneers and I noticed its there is something odd. Theres a big gap in between tooth when I smile/ bite but they insist its normal and looks beautiful but there was no gap before with my natural teeth. Just because I couldnt bear the pain anymore, I just let them to finish it. Now, it looks like I have a vampires fang and very shy to smile.

I did the 3D veneers in the clinic with dr Marwa, the smile is amazing and natural, reception is perfect and staff is kind

Inas the manager has managed to solve my problem efficiently. I liked the way she handled the situation. I would recommend Dr. Mai as a dentist. Cupping sessions are good.

I have done 5 crowns and 5 veneers with signature plus clinic. This first one was very bad that they have to replaced all because it’s bulky and their are spaces between the teeth and the gums. Last May 2021 they removed all of the crowns and veneers and did another preparation and measurements. July 1, 2021 they cemented the new one because I have flight by July 2. To think that they made preparations on the month of MAY (long time). They put the crowns and veneers and it was very bad. until now aug 1, 2021 my gums are bleeding and having problems because of the ill fitting crowns and veneers. I even paid them extra on the second case but the outcome was terrible. I always gargle with warm salt water and put gengigel hoping it will help but it haven’t healed because the main problem was the ill fitted crowns and veneers. I was very disappointed and angry because they ruined my natural teeth and gave me problem. Now I have to replace them again for the third time with another dentist and have to pay again because of their terrible dental work. Your lucky if they will make your case good. It’s pure luck only if they will get it right!! Think again before you decide of doing something with your teeth. If you love your teeth better do it with cosmetic doctors that specializes in crowns and veneers. Not just general practitioner.

Signature clinic is pretty cool the place looks fancy and they come up with a lot of good offers i go there every month to laser my beard and the guy who is doing my treatment is funny customer service is great.

I booked an appointment and was told toCome today by 11am for my appointment. I got to the clinic on time and was told to wait. After waiting for an hour I was told they are not opened today. I honestly don’t thing they deserve zero star.

Just wasted my time at this clinic.Booked for face PRP session with them and when I arrived they gave me another price higher than what they confirmed by phone. That night i surprised by the number of patients who was complaining about same issue!Many ladies sitting in the reception without mask and they are good in chatting and laughing only, totally ignoring the patients and showing disrespect!Rude staff , very mess and untrusted clinic at all.

I was planning to take my wife there for a procedure after seeing there inviting offers but after reading the reviews I have decided against it.The fact that the owner is sending personalized replies using names/dear to people giving positive reviews & not doing the same for negative reviews shows the level of professionalism & concern for patients.I thank the good people for there bad reviews which saved me money & my wife the pain.Stay blessed all.

Best clinic great affordable prices and amazing services

The worst clinic ever! Cheap offer only because the service is terrible. Been there yesterday for “Super Hydrafacial”, the therapist (Cherry) just kept squeezing my face insensitively without even extracting anything. The receptionist ladies are not even wearing masks and they chat between themselves like they are on party, not in their workplace in a CLINIC. Made a bank transfer for them since January of 450AED, and the facial costed 420, so they even didn’t ask to return me the change. One of the lady on the reception while passing she even threw her hair on my phone while I was standing, which I find it completely impolite and awkward. This isn’t a clinic - this is a party event. Never going there again!

Really good value if you are looking for laser treatments (packages). Nice and comfy environment. Staff is friendly. They attend to you on time.

Unfortunately this clinic is no good. I went inside the clinic and first thing i see is the reception women not wearing masks, talking to each other and laughing without paying any attention to patients. The doctors dont know what they are doing and the appointment times are horrible without any follow ups

Bad time management.

Super disrespectful. I went there for a dental treatment, went through an x-ray and that was it. They kept me waiting for more than two weeks. I chased them for an update so many times. The only reply I got from them was I will let the manager talk to you, which he/she never did. The ironic thing is that they have a dozen ladies at the reception counter, apparently just for show business. If these people fail at coordinating an appointment with a patient, I wonder what are they good at. Stay away.

This is the worst clinic i have ever visited.1- no social distancing in visitors waiting area and no more than 1 hand sanitizer.2- Dr. sandy was not wearing her mask thru out the session saying she’s not scared of covid-19 and she never wore the mask from the day covid started.3. While i was in the session with the doctor, the door was open and the receptionist kept coming in the room discussing about other patients with the doctor. No respect to the patient in the room.

Worst clinic ever we have visited for some services in october and they have canceled the appointment two times, they are stealer..and now they are not refunding the money and manager said do whatever you want we cannot refund.. so next step we are going to file complaint against them..

Very poor service, not attending calls and blocking numbers, not ready to refund back easily even though no appointments have been scheduled yet and no work has been done. Worse clinic, only focusing on their own clinic interior with clients money but overall experience was too bad. The reception ladies never talk properly and keep saying they will call back but never called.

This is one of the worst clinics i have visited. When i went there the reception ladies are talking to each other and ignoring me. Then they started having bad attitude towards me especially Dr Areej . They totally mess up my appointments and never adjust my timings and they doctors are not experienced in their jobs.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

My experience was horrible with this clinic. I do not advise any woman to go there as they will ruin your face. As a woman we only have one face and one skin we cant handle any mistakes happen with our face. I did carbonic laser with them my face became inflamed darker than before with burning sensation. I had to go see a dermatologist and get treated for it. When i spoke to the manager she was rude and did not care about the problem they caused and refused to refund the rest of the sessions i booked with them. How do they expect me to come back and trust them after they ruined my face.

Not recommended at all. doctors underestimate their patients. they offer 2D veneers (low quality veneers), 3D Veneers (bad quality) and 6D Veneers (according to them this is the best and it comes with surface details). However, this is the first time i hear that dentist can place bad veneers and good veneers. Its all about marketing.

Worst dental clinic at all not recommended I have worst veneers experience ever

The ones writing positive reviews here are the clinic staff themselves.The clinic is very unorganized in all aspects. There is no quality control or any type of communication with the patient for laser & other treatments. Once they sell you the package, they don’t care about your satisfaction or results or committing to the clinic for any other treatments. Their female laser therapist conducted a session in 3 minutes out of pure laziness & leniency.I strongly do not recommend the clinic for their lack of commitment to their patients & their very fast sessions that do not give results.Extremely poor record-keeping & very bad communication.

I had botox 2 months ago and its already all gone, its not my first time putting botox and it always stays at least for 5 months, but Signatures botox all gone in less than 2 months so I dont know exactly what is wrong with their materials, maybe its expired!

I definitely recommend dr. Quraa to anyone looking for a good dentist. She worked on my veneers and through out the process as difficult of a patient i was she showed extreme patience and care. Made the whole experience worthwhile . Thank you Doctor... i guess my perceptions about dentists was wrong all this time or you are just compassionate about your job.

I don’t recommend their Hydra Facial at all because they have the Worst Hydra facial ever, i have tried may facial but they make the worst technique and they dont even clean the face, they just keep sucking with the machine. I did a mistake by paying in advance because I thought they are good enough to be trusted. Worse experience of my life in a clinic ! My appoint was at 3:30 for PRP , entered the clinic , saw 5 girls sitting at the front desk talking & nobody even raised their head to attend me , anyhow opened my file , ( I asked for consultation with the Dr before doing anything , one receptionist answered my questions , and yes ! “ that was a consultation “ ) a nurse took me to a laser room , took my blood , applied numbing cream , it was around 4:10 , at 4:30 went to the reception & asked when am I going to start as the numbing cream started to work , one girl said wait 10 more minutes & Dr will see you , at the end at 5pm 2 receptionists came to me & said the Dr is on her way and she will be here on 20min , another receptionist walked in started talking to them ( all talking in Arabic & thinking I don’t understand) the 3rd girl was saying , “ who is this ( pinging at me ) ow patient , okay let the nurse do it for her , let the dentist to the PRP for her , how she would know ? “ !!!!!!! Other lady was like “ she might understand you , don’t talk like that , the Dr is not answering her phone , what shall we do “I didn’t say anything , I washed my face and went to the elevator until another lady came up to me & said we are sorry the Dr has an accident & she couldn’t make it .From 3:30 till 5pm I was in the clinic , they took blood from me , they numbed my face , and waist my time ! Without any apologies just excuses they let me leave their clinic .All the ladies who woke their as receptionist haven’t been trained for customer service . And apparently the Drs have zero respect for their patients . Worse !!!!!
