I visited the Visa Medical Centre at Al Quoz Mall with my wife for her Medical test around 7pm yesterday, based on the positive reviews I saw on Google. And I was not at all disappointed.The staff were extremely courteous and most helpful, starting with the Security staff and including the counter and medical staff as well.The entire setup was a very professional set up with a well managed crowd. We completed the test and were out in less than 30 min.The security staff are crowd facing and despite being extremely busy they were courteous and guided us through the process. Special thanks to them and also to the gentlemen at the initial entry door and counter who were both most helpful and ushered us through quickly.My personal thanks to all staff involved for making this a seamless and positive experience.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Nasty Woman who spoke terrible broken English kept shouting: “number!” But what she really meant was “Name” and I couldn’t understand what she wanted. Sometimes customer service is just awful here. Incompetent unprofessional workers who can’t even speak English are put precisely to work with clients. This is just awful. I wish I could give ZERO stars. Awful rude people. Give them another job. Horrible.

Very good service, everything went quick

The medical center services quickly which is really good. But for the staff hospitalization is zero rating. Yes there are some will guide you how or where to go from counters and such.But there is a counter speaks unprofessionally. Like will shout and speak rudely. She wears abaya and a black ladyThe last was the medical who takes blood test. At first I greeted her but not response at all. And she was talking and before I got it I was upset because while she is doing her “work” she was talking over the phone. Using her airpods and that was so unprofessional at all. I don’t mind if that was emergency call but seems to be not. Staff needs to brief and discipline, still that considers customer relation service.

Went to the visa medical Centre twice for my parents. Process was smooth & streamlined, and the staff are helpful and courteous, especially when guiding elderly citizens, so very much appreciated. The entire process itself from entry to exit took under 10-15mins. Highly recommend !

It was fast,there was no much big que.Its less than 30 min I finished it.At reception, billing and sample collection they are very kind and welcoming with smile.It was a nice experience

Did my medical for the 3rd time since coming to the UAE back in 2016 and I was impressed. The level of organisation is out of this world. The flow of efficiency is commendable. Staff are fast, friendly and professional. The process is flawless from registration at the queue to waiting in line all the way to blood being drawn and finally the X-ray area I was impressed. In just under 40 minutes I was in and out. I would advice to either visit super early in the morning or mid afternoon. Overall I enjoyed my experience at the facility great job to the entire team.

Nice and clean facility, took as few minutes to complete the blood sample and then we were out. Area is not fancy but this medical center is good

Im living in dubai since 1998 and never seen a medical center like this ever, it is awful awsome and perfect. Staff are trained perfectly. All the process goes smooth. Big like for them. Thanks to reception, security, registration staff, the whole team is great. 👍

I went to the Medical Fitness Centre in Al Quoz Mall for my medical and x- rays and was overwhelmed by the amazing and super friendly service that I received. Right from the security guard to the different clerks at the various stations, the nurse taking my blood all the way to the X-ray machine operator. I was so warmly greeted by every single person that it made my day. I originally went through in the morning at about 11 and was told by the security guard that there would be about a 2 hour wait. I said I would rather come back early in the morning . He then very kindly said that the best time to come back was around 7pm in the evening as that was the quietest time. I followed his advice and was greeted by the same friendly and smiling ( yes I could tell he was smiling even through his mask) security guard. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. Even after a busy day all the staff were really friendly, humble and so helpful. After such a tough year that 2020 has been, it warms my heart to have been treated with such respect, kindness and dignity by total strangers. I salute all of you and want to sincerely say, thank you and may God bless you and your families.

Its quite crowded, one has be very careful while visiting the place. Try and visit as early as possible. Otherwise its all well managed

The positive thing is the checking staff is very helpful and entire process was completed in 10 minutes.The issue is with the medical staff who took my blood sample, not sure they are professionally trained as my hand is still hurting after 5 days and the bruises are there. Generally, it doesn’t stay for more than 1 day in my case.Please be careful while giving the blood sample, it can damage your veins.

I was pretty disappointed when i went there, they say its open upto 9pm but when i went there at 7pm they said we are not giving tokens anymore,I said what.. Im a student and i cant come except this time. They have called someone from inside and i had to convince him that Im student and I dont have any other time to come then he took a time and allowed me to enter, it was really frustrating.And i hated the place its absolutely not like other branches it was full of labor and construction workers. I dont suggest you to go there.

My first experience for a new visa medical. Every member of staff was super efficient and extremely helpful. I opted for the fast track service as the centre was busy (11:00). I was processed in under 10 minutes with zero waiting time for any procedure. Excellent experience, thank you !

Wow!! Well organized and well maintained. Friendly and very helpful staff. Premium lounge available.No WiFi public available. Typing Centre, Chicking, other restaurants and ATMs are available at the same building.

The guy who is with the security guard is too rude. He wanted me to get another ticket and fall in line again after I waited for one hour, only to miss my que number. The mistake is with there system. The security guard told me to watch my number on the small screen, however, the number jumped from 6640 to 6670 and did not able to see my number. The rude guy told me he called my number, but never heard it. I went home not able to do my medical exam.

This medical center has improved alot over the last decade. The waiting time is a bit high but you can pay an extra amount to skip the queue. Staff are also very friendly starting from the typing staff to the nurse who takes the blood sample.

Visa medical for dubai.. great helping staff.. and well arranged to reduce crowd.. there is parking available in al quoz mall parking. go by online appointment .. you will finish on time as per appointment.

Iam here in Dubai 15 years but first time I went al quoz mall medical fitness centre it was just amazing totally Hassel free you cant believe my medical was done within 15minutes very fast service staff was well trained and no waste of time and they knew value of time in Dubai.Staff was very friendly and helpful as well from starting to end all are superb.

Pros- Very quick services compared to last visit few years back which was painful.Cons- Parking there is an absolute nightmare be ready to wait a while to get parking.- Located in a very busy area.

Very well organized and well managed fitness center. Wouldnt agree to the finishing the procedure smooth and fast anymore. As it was very crowded and took me nearly 3 hours to get my whole procedure done. The staffs were very helpful and cooperative.

First, I didnt believe what is said by some reviewers that it was smooth and fast until I myself had experienced it. The staff are very helpful and organized and the place is clean. I went on a Wednesday evening and had my result delivered on Saturday afternoon. The medical test (Blood and X-Ray) took just approximately 20-30 minutes. I recommend this to others.

The service is good easy reliable and quick.The staff are very welcome persons.The environment is very clean and neat.

Over the period of time this medical fitness assessment facility has become spacious,modernized and streamlined.Many might think it is more commercially inclined but I strongly believe that the upgrade was needed. Although nothing can be done about the location or the traffic but the facility itself is cleaner and faster. I came across supervisor Fazil who was pleasant and helpful in getting the process done for us. There are books to read while you wait on your call or your dependents. Children can play in small play area too. Place brightly lit and very clean.
