Really nice to walk through and enjoy the traditional spice and gold shops and lovely smelling oud shops, really nice people only downside abit of pressure to enter the shops, overall defo worth a visit and dont forget to buy some Arabian tea !

It is nice to experience something from UAEs heritage, as these souks are selling here loooooong ago as they have mentioned, sellers have been for decades.

Its great tourist area where we can see the traditional markets of Dubai.There is too many shops where they sell verity of products like fabrics,cloths footwear,souvenirs etc....and best thing is u can bargain in this place.And if u are Hindu there is Hindu temple also at the end of the souk.

The vintage Dubai and its culture everything still lives there. If you want to have that old Dubai experience its a must visit .Non luxury Dubai can be seen here, and the Abra ride for just one dhiram is a must must experience , but do make sure you are planning to visit this place in the night and most appropriate would be the colder months.My favorite place in Dubai ❤️

Due to Covid.. The souk has very little items. Hoping next month we get to see more new things as the tourist will come .

Not that great. You can buy some vintage items, clothes, abayas, perfume, and spices. Best time to visit is after 6 pm. Yeah but its advisable to atleast give a visit if you are a tourist. Good thing: Water canal next to the souq so good to chill around. Advise: When buying something try to negotiate the prices. Visit different shop who are selling the same product so to understand the standard market price.

Cool place for buy readymade gold.

This is a nice small market “souq” to visit while in Dubai, I gave it one less star as I thought it would be bigger than it was. It’s nice to get souvenirs on the cheap and also lots of ethnic south Asian and middle eastern mix of jewellery, decorations, clothes, spices, etc. There are lots of nice restaurants around for eating as well. Once you’re done wandering around the market you can grand a boat and take a ride in the creek, there are lots of boats available at the shore and at very reasonable prices. Rule of thumb here is too make sure to bargain! Don’t accept the first price, good luck and enjoy!

First of all the boat ride from Baniyas Marine Station to Dubai Souk is a great experience. Once you reach the Souk, the streets are full of artefacts which you would love to have atleast one!

I visited this Bur Dubai Souk Market with my uncle its so well organised and well planned, whole market is under CCTV SURVEILLANCE. You can bargain a lot here while buying stuff at this place. You will find authentic utensils Souk, Gold Souk, perfume souk, auto mobile markets.I took the boat to travel to this market which was beautiful journey, overall it was good experience travelling to this location.I suggest everyone to visit this souk market atleast once if you are in dubai.

Loved shopping for gold & spices . Got awesome Tibetan designed bangles & chains. Bought & tasted freely a variety of dried fruits, tea & saffron. Shopped heavily for masalas, tea leaves & cushion covers.

Bur Dubai is very nice place for its own style. Its a historical place in the heart of the Old city. Everything is near by hand and nothing to get anywhere anything trouble. So perfect for me and I love this place to visit on my weekend.

This is the “shopping district” where we would literally spend hours just browsing through the various stalls and merchandise on display. if you’re looking to get souvenirs then be prepared to haggle and walk away if the price is unreasonable, that usually does the trick 😉 be sure to visit the creek as well, the view at sunset is stunning!

When you think of gulf, thing which comes to our mind is oil and Gold. This place is for Gold lover and you find verity of design. The price is reasonable and they provide current price.

Went to purchase Kurta Pajama as recommended by one of my colleague but was not able to. Better place for foreigners to buy gold and associated stuff. You can also buy stones and decorative items from here

The oldest part of Dubai and very nice for a colorful walk and seeing people jumping from and to the Abra to cross the Creek.The offered items are becoming more and more typical tourists stuff, overpriced with more aggressive sales people (therefore only 4 stars).It used to be my favorite place in Dubai, now, it is just a very good place.

This place is a maze and its easy to get turned around, but around every corner is a new offer and a new price. If youre looking for great experience in shopping and experiencing the older parts of Dubai, then this is a must visit stop. While youre here take a water taxi (very cheap) ride across the creek to the Spice Souk. I promise, youll love the experience.
