Great hide away. Conference spaces are convenient. Very good catering during conferences. Valet service is very good.Detailing is a little less than expected given the brand. Overall a very pleasant experience.

This is the hotel to visit in Dubai. Enough said... Other than try to go to the Japanese restaurant and bring two things: a great palette and a fast wallet. One will leave fatter and the other will be slim by the end of the night.

Its such a wonderful place to be.

I have gone there now quite a lot of times. Especially the Italian restaurant and the bar in the second floor are incredibly tastefully designed and the food is just out of this world.If anyone is ever looking for some real and authentic Italian food in Dubai this I certainly the place where you should stop by first!!!

Great place for brunch on Friday and good place for fine dining if you are a fan of sea food but make sure you have deep pockets.

Visited the resort at the launch of Korean beauty brand Etude House. The place seemed exotic with beautiful views of Jumeirah Island. Due to lowrise buildings a sense of openness and vastness was dominant. The access is also very easy via Google maps

Nice classy atmosphere with live saxophone player. We ordered seafood platter and it was delicious. And the chef treated us with complimentary dessert. Good experience.

They kept us waiting for an outdoor table, they said you are going to sit next, and when one of the tables got empty they said its booked. They should have told us from the beginning so we go to another place.

We were at the Italian restaurant and their service was unbelievable. The gent attending to us is the kind of talent that many restaurants need in Dubai. Knew his menu well and was very passionate about his work. We were very lucky as he made our evening so enjoyable.

Very low quality food at the Friday brunch. The quality of the food we were served at the Friday brunch was not what I was expecting from a BULGARI establishment. I took my mother for her bday there this afternoon but left very disappointed. The chefs needs to be replaced as well as the F & B Manager.
