It is an extended newly developed part of Dubai creek abd some of the Marina buildings are still under construction. Entry is totally free with amble parking lots including the huge basement. The creek sides are opened for public with jogging tracks, water fountains, kids playing areas with cradles, slides and many items specially designed by architectural public space design studio called 100. The walkways are provided with enough eateries with coffee shops, KFC, pizza hut, etc.Huge Flower monument with 14 different types of flowers created among the magnificent buildings is a major highlight.Kids slides are partly closed as temporary safety measure but still enough for kids to enjoy.It is a harbour area with provision for renting boats being given.

One of the oldest Marina on the famous Dubai creek has a space for several boat sizes also a slip way and lifting service is available for members, attached to it a marine workshop that offers most of marine services such as mechanical, electrical and body shop.

Nice marine shop, you can get there everything from flags, through cutlery to hardware parts. If arriving by the sea, remember that the marina is only accessible when the floating bridge is open for boats(11pm till 5:30am - yes, it is slightly different than for cars!).
