Huge place and music is decent but 100% WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone - they literally try to scam anyone who walks in through the doors. We were a group of about 20 people and they charged different people different amounts for the brunch (we only realized this later). Also, a couple of people asked for the non alcoholic package and they said they didn’t have that option, which we also found out later was a total lie. They had a happy hour deal after brunch and some of us got charged 100, some got charged 125, and some got charged 150…they were literally making up prices as they went on. When one of us noticed they were charging another person in the group 150 they asked “isn’t the deal for 100?” and the server giggled and said “oh yes sorry” I MEANNNN?!?! They also took forever to bring out the drinks. And I mean FOREVER. And to top it all off, someone in our group was celebrating their birthday and the staff brought the cake to the wrong table. By the time we asked them about the cake and they realized their mistake and brought the cake back to our table, the name of the birthday girl was wiped off from the cake (see picture). No one apologized for this nor offered any compensation for the mistake. On the contrary, the staff demanded a tip when we were leaving 🙃🙃🙃 shockingly preposterous!

We had the most amazing experience at Nargui Five. The service was next to none and an all round 5* experience. The drink choice was fantastic and I never had an empty drink throughout the night. The pizza and sushi were of a very high standard - the pizzas being in particular VERY tasty. The venue made a huge fuss for my friends birthday by putting her name on the walls and hosting sparklers. The dj played a great mix of r&b classics with some new tunes. One of the best nights I have had in Dubai and I will definitely be returning! Amazing venue and service. Highly recommend!

This place is so overpriced for nothing, the music is not that good , the place is so dark and uncomfortable, my friend asked for one RedBull they didnt tell her the price and after when she proceeded to pay it was 100dh for ONE REDBUL.Its like a scam, save your money and sanity and go to a better and maybe more luxurious place for cheaper. Would not recommend.

Place is very dark, more like a shisha cafe from popular areas.Full of business girls, me and my friends felt very uncomfortable and did not even stay 30 minutes. The small girl with dark hair at the entrance is extremely arrogant and rude and her attitude has no professionalism, no class or elegance at all.We didn’t even want to get in when we first spoke to her but wanted to give it a try .Well I’d say the first impression is always the main one.

Probably one of the most unprofessional places I have been to.We had gone there for a Birthday Brunch - we had a total of 28 guests.1. We didn’t have any food on our tables till 5:30!!That is totally ridiculous, you and I can both agree that we should be served some food at first.2. We were told brunch starts at 340dhs.Instead staff started charging 380dhs, when asked what is the difference between the 2 packages- the staff was not able to explain it and we had to ask several times.Also, the wrist bands were the same colour for the regular and premium pkg. which means anyone could’ve ordered anything.3. I had 3 guests who asked for a non alcoholic pkg- team said to them there is no non-alcoholic pkg and made them pay 340dhs !!!I spoke to someone before booking and they said non alcoholic pkg would be 275dhs.4. When we asked for drinks the service was so slow.They would take 10-20mins to serve us a drink. The drinks were not served correctly either. They also never gave us water unless we asked 10 times.5. One guest requested for more food and was told “no”. She was told we only serve once and that’s all.We had 28 ppl in total. We got 6 plates of sushi and when we requested for more, waiter said no to us.We were in utter shock!!6. After party drinks, 4 for 150dhs.Servers were scamming ppl who were drunk and told them to pay 200dhs for 4 drinks. Until someone from our group said it’s 150dhs. Then the servers said “o yes” !!!7. Servers requested for a tip!I find that so unprofessional especially when the service is not at par to other places we go to.8. We were celebrating 2 birthdays. Your team took one of the cakes to another table and cut the persons name offThis place is a complete disaster!!I would not recommend it for the service at all. The only good thing was the music.

Advice all of you to ask the prices before placing any orders. My experience was very bad .in the menu the wine glass was showing 75 aed and in the end when i got the bill . It was 125 aed each glass . Overall it was a bad experience . Will not recommend to go there

Terrible. None of the bottles we wanted to buy off from menu were available. Said open till 7:00am with DJs for hip hop and RnB. DJ played the worst music until 2:00am then a horrible pre made playlist was playing music instead. Lights on and ended at 3:00Am, never again. Please do not go here find somewhere fun to spend your money.

Nargui Five Dubai one of the best club in dubai next to water canal unlimited parking space

It was the worst service in the door, the security was very polite, but the hostess (door manager) blond lady was very rude and just turn and left, I understand the door police is strict, but they should at least explain to the client. It was my bday and I wanna just stay with 2 friends.Will not recommend to anyone, as I am staying in Dubai and always going out.

If you go ask for Ricardo!!! While I was in Dubai I had the pleasure of going 3 times and each time Ricardo went above and beyond to make me personally feel like a star!!! He gave me a nickname of Mary J. Blige lol and was so sweet and entertaining. Also please please please get the salmon. It’s cooked, seasoned and paired perfectly with amazing veggies. The sauce is magical. Thank you all so much

We arrived to the gate and they asked for reservation we say we don’t cz we been trying to calls you ALOT and no pick up, then lady she say ok you can stay in but minimum have to spend 2k aed and we are just 2 person “husband and wife” and we say how come 2 people will spend this much better go white DUBAI and spend less than 1k and u really will have fun.After that she let us in and the place was so dark so quiet, empty and we left.Since you don’t have customers for what the 2k you just want us to waste our money by any how !!!!!NOT MAKING SENSE AT ALLDISAPPOINTED 😔

A place for pejons, where they are greeted by their clothes ... Competition - who is dressed cooler .. and more expensive 😀🤦‍♀️ the first 2 times we went with a friend without any problems ... talked, said the reserve is not needed) ... all the girls are not only dressed according to the principle of expensive and brand, most of them are made, converted ... I do not advise tourists to go there, the main contingent there is local ... they go there not so much to relax and have fun as to show who is cooler ...
