The mocktails are really sad. Just out of a can. Not very well made and highly synthetic. Also the food variations for vegetarians is really limited. Like barely anything. Shisha was good but for that price it ought to be. Wish experience was better. Had higher expectations.

Amazing views, amazing service in an amazing hotel.

Sofitel impresses with its imposing decor, and its beach facing Laguna lounge is fit for a chilled out evening. The seating is comfortable and chic, Shisha is an attraction and they serve gourmet pastries 🍰 cordially. Very pleasant natured staff.

Beautiful setting with nice enough food. It gets five stars because of the location, not the food.

Beautiful views and nice cocktails.The DJ should be changed though as he believes this is a night club instead of a lounge bar where you go for a relaxed drink. The guy misses the point and is not susceptible for any comments to lower the volume a bit when half the guests leave because of his music.

Lounge bar on the beach, very well installed and beautiful decor. A magnificent view of the palm and the illuminated buildings of Jumeira beach. I highly recommend it for Sofitel Palm residents.

Terrible! You cannot smoke hookah if there are more than 6 people at the table. We arrived with friends at 6. They explained that we only smoke 2e, the rest do not smoke. All the same it is impossible. The staff is boorish, speaks in a raised voice. In the end, they left without sitting at the bar.

Either they have few personnel, or they are lazy, but they do not work quickly. We bought a second meal at the hotel (lunch or dinner). The waiter was rubbing us that the dish could be taken only for 110 dirhams, although we bought a voucher for 140, while at the reception they said that food would be for him at 190 dirhams. This problem was dealt with only when the hotel manager came. As it turned out there are no 110 dirham restrictions.The food is not bad, but the service leaves much to be desired.By the way, in this institution take entertainer. This is when you take two dishes from main dishes and the second cheaper one goes for free. Such a promotion.The system is, in general, very common in the UAE. So use.

Like everything nice here !! Synthetic, an enclave! And next to it: a giant construction site !! As happens to be another hotel built! Luckily not too loud!
