I went to the lounge at address downtown for last minute change in plans and I always believe those sudden changes are made from heaven 💗A reservation for my birthday was made and we were served by Mr.Shamt who was made my day even more special.I love the place and visited a restaurant before, but the lounge was another level, the atmosphere was nice and the service by Mr. Shamt was exceptional. He shared my best day with a special drink, special cake, a pink flower (my fav) & his beautiful smile. So thank you so much Mr. Shamt 🌷There was a guest who was opposite to us and he also made my day with his beautiful smile & sincere birthday wishes, He was such a warm heart person indeed. The lounge has such a warmth atmosphereI will definitely visit the lounge more often for business and leisure .The service, the food & people working there are all amazing & people you may meet can be super friendly 👌🏻 highly recommended

Part of our tour for Afternoon Tea across Dubai hotels. This was very disappointing as it was for my wifes birthday treat. Sandwiches was mediocre (5/10) and cakes were just slices from a larger cake (4/10). Presentation was also mediocre (5/10). The only good was the service from Bradley which was a (10/10) if not for this I would be struggling to give a 2 star rating. We stayed a night and Bradley was excellent for breakfast looking after our needs. Disappointing afternoon tea from a 5* hotel???

Amazing hotel but the food at the lounge and room dining it’s a nightmare, they should only serve coffee and tea,it’s always a surprise when you order food every time different taste different quality different portion it’s just show what a unprofessional management they have it’s sad that a brand like Adress start to be like that staff can only say sorry or they don’t care about your complain

A wonderful lobby lounge for afternoon tea and snacks. The hotel reopened recently after it was closed to refurbished hotel after an unfortunate event. Although it was beautiful before, now it looks even better. The service is good and the team there are courteous

Very pleasant ambience. Be sure to get an Emaar loyalty card if frequently entertaining clients.If having dinner at lounge, try the grilled salmon.

After being completely refurbished, the Lounge at the Address Downtown is exceptionally redesigned with a bright and minimalist look, a marked improvement from the previous decor. Food and afternoon tea here is as you expect and of high quality. Shisha was one of the better ones found in Dubai as they use premium brands like Shishabucks for their hookah. If you decide to sit outside, you are greeted with a fantastic view of the Burj Khalifa. One of my favourite places to relax in Dubai

Hot place. AC needs maintenance. Gets noisy some times because of night club there.
