Anybody have tried the after sale service??.I just bought a bracelet precisely 2 months back and it just slipped off from my hand. Not sure how. One pin/lock was missing and the crystal chipped off.I went to the counter and asked the possibility, just replied if the lock is missed i have to go to any 3rd party service centers like minutes and the warrenty is covered only for crystals, and they dont have parts.And to be specific they have only their service center in Europe as told by the sales girl.Fortunately one guy came from inside and asked me to come with warrenty card to serve me better, and since their system is updated they cannot check the sales history.
My wifes experience at Alghurair branch.One of the few times when I see my wife deeply impressed with the team and service of a store. She kept talking about how the lady there was well mannered and how she entertained and solved a product issue. I trust they have a good management in addition to good products. Thank you
