Very positive experience, after checking too many shops in Dubai around the city, I decided to go to Grace Diamonds at Gold & Diamond Park(Sheikh Zayed Rd ) and stepped into Grace Diamonds where I explained my shopping process around the city and that I am aware of all the prices Brian the shop manager there ( pls ask about Brian/he is the best ) he shows me endless options for an engagement ring as I wish( the cut, color, quality, size shape, and weight of stone) then I choose one of the best quality rings for my lifetime surprise, now I know that I have the superb source for any future gift, thank you, Brian, and thank you Grace Diamonds.

My experience with Grace Diamonds was fantastic! All of the sales staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. after going to other shops in the diamond park we were put of by pushy sales staff but this was not the case with Grace Diamonds. Their stock was superb giving us lots of choice to select from.Nishil assisted me with purchasing an engagement ring as well as other pieces of Jewellery. Going forwards I will only be using Grace Diamonds and will be referring them to all of my friends.I look forward to visiting them again.

I bought my wife a necklace from Grace Diamonds and for some reason the clasp kept coming undone. I was visiting over Christmas so have been unable to take it back to be repaired. Had to take it somewhere locally at a considerable cost to myself. I was told the clasp was of sub-standard quality so had to get a new one put in. I wouldn’t recommend using them.

Not a trustworthy outfit. While the staff in the shop are nice, the quality of the work is poor and the management team is very hostile when you make them aware of it. I’ve paid a lot of money for poor quality jewellery and unfortunately it seems there’s nothing I can do. Please avoid them.

I had the best experience buying a ring from Grace Diamonds. They are straightforward and have excellent customer service. They listened to what I was looking for, and although they did not have it in stock, they followed up, found it for me and delivered all before my trip was over. I have reported this company to the Dubai Government and the Department of Economic Development for consumer fraud. I asked them to make a diamond ring for me, they showed me a GIA certificate for a diamond which I accepted. Months after buying the ring I noticed an inclusion in the diamond which I didnt recognise. When I checked the certificate and I noticed the inclusion was in there but it wasnt the first time they showed me the ring. I was told there was a mix up and the GIA certificate they originally showed was different to the one they sold me. When I asked why they said the person who dealt with it no longer worked there and they didnt know. I asked that they replace the diamond to something without the inclusion in it and they agreed. Also, within the first six months of buying the ring one of the opal stones fell out. They agreed to replace the diamond and the opal. After a few weeks they replaced the diamond but with one that cost 9,000 AED more! I said I didnt want to pay that much extra on top of what Id already paid. They then replaced the diamond with another and replaced the opal stone. When I gave the ring to my partner within 2 hours one of the opal stones fell out. Within the course of the next 2 hours another two fell out. So in total three opal stones fell out within hours. When I told the company they said they would repair it for free. I explained that now its been six months and two rings later and that this has turned into a real ordeal. Not to mention my very disappointed finance who hasnt been able to wear her ring without fear of stones falling out. I requested some compensation but was told they would only replace the stones and not acknowledge their terrible craftsmanship with a refund. I have now reported them to the Government of Dubai and the Department of Economic Development as I feel they might be a fraudulent operation.*Update 2 March 202*Grace Diamonds has instructed lawyers to get me to take down this review. I refused stating everything is factual and that if they disagreed I would be happy to settle this in court.
