Didn’t like the staff attitude, they’re barely helping & all of them are either on the phone or mask down. they kept communicating in their own language & laugh out loudly. i was very keen to buy but because of their arrogant attitude i walked out.

Staff are good, except the dark tall guy

Rigga branch have nice collections of jewelry but to come again .. No,i will not. Staffs are not friendly unlike other gold shops am going.. staffs especially men theyre not good.I think they need Customer service training.

We visited a few minutes ago karat world branch in SatwaWe felt uncomfortable at all with sales manHe wasnt professional and we felt like we bothered him asking for couple ring.
