Worst experienceIn the matter of gold, trust and the shopkeeper words are the most valuable for the customers.No doubt the designs were good but the behaviour of Mr. Ibrahim javeri the owner who was sitting in his home country and guiding the staff for the sell.We selected one set of three bangles shown by their staff member Ms pooja…. Where in total it was mixture of 2 bangles and 4 banglesOut of which we selected 1 and 2 bangles as assisted by the Ms PoojaBut after spending time on selection and the amount finalization…. the owner Mr Ibrahim mentioned the staff no need to break the sets of bangles…. Which he only approved prior hand…..On requesting that we have came here for first time and their staff lady has shown in that manner only ….he the owner was so rude to tell let them go if thay cannot take the whole set of 6 bangles.We felt so bad and ignored, which is not acceptable after paying as well…The worst part we left without shopping anything.

Worst experience, no commitment towards customerWe selected a pair of two small bangles along with kne big one which was told to us is fine to cnsiderAfter finalising all the bits then the so called Ibrahim Zaveri comes into pitcure anf tells and trying tk take advantage of selling another same 3 bangles as a set and denied of giving only 3. As he is not committed to his words or his staff member words then how can anyone rely on the service or after service or even the gold sold at Sila jewels.Wasted 3 hours and then Ibrahim showed his actual sttategy

Its famous for its unique designs. Staff is very good in their demeanour and knowledgeable too. It was recommended by a localite, but we thought it will be like a road side jewellery shop. But I was wrong, its a premium shop with unique designs, thats why they dont allow to take pics. One point to be noted is the making charges, which is too high, obviously due to their designs and quality. I recommend this shop if you are in Dubai and want to buy unique designs and dont care about the making charges.
