If rush, they dont bother about customer..Sales man are more or less like wholesalers.If you dont have sales man to service enough customer just put a board outside,shop is full.Dont make peoples wait.I have an idea, if u need Thier attention while entering shop, go to manager counter and tell you need 1kg gold.. They will come to you like a pet!!

Very bad service, waited for more than 20 minutes but no one attended, pathetic service. Not coming again. I used to go there and always buy but did not expected this kind of service. Atleast keep one guy at door who can inform customers that all staff are full. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE....

Bad customer service ever at Qusis lulu 1st shop. This is 2nd time visited with family and left without purchase. Staff dont care the customer if they assume new face to that store and not ready to extend to have courtesy to serve.Never visit st again

Too costly, Making charges is around 15% from the total cost of the gold. Gold rate is high because thats gold agree but why making charges are huge even though producing by machines.

A variety of collection in both gold as well as diamond. Good Staffs and good customer care support.

Totally lethargic salesman, be it buying 1 sovereign or 100 sovereign, the welcomeness u give a customer is the sales performance ull get, today I came up for purchase of a ring, the first response I got from your sales person was tat he s not comfortable to display merchandise on counter top, lik the saying says first impression is best impression, I just left the shop eventhough I liked few designs. Did n even wasted time asking the rate, we moved to other customer friendly jewelers in the lulu stadium branch,

Inside LULU hypermarket

I bought a diamond stud earring from here, and I moved back to India where I tried to exchange it for a smaller earring the staff told me they wouldnt exchange it as it was bought from Dubai because the quality of the diamond is different, in India they use higher quality than Dubai. Im stuck with this pair of earrings I dont like anymore. I have the diamond certificate and I bought it from the same jeweller but cant exchange. Im baffled
