It was genuinely like consuming ‘Art’- it was beautifully presented and I compared it to my favorite Sushi place in Cape Town. The quality was outstanding! Luckily we are here to stay for a while! I wish the place was overseeing the ocean. It’s tucked away between the building of “The Beach” outdoor destination. The restaurant itself is pretty simple and approachable. They stay open until midnight which is convenient for late night sushi. We were lucky to grab a table outside so that made the experience better from a people watching perspective and enjoying the nice Dubai weather in March.The food was great. I’ve gotten delivery from sushi art 100s of times and it’s always be ok. However, the food at the restaurant did seems more flavorful. I guess it’s because it didn’t travel too much. We had plenty of roles, the spicy tuna tartar, and a few other items.All the food was great and even the spicy edamame had an extra kick which my gf loved.The service wasn’t great. Everyone looked a bit sad and tired. I felt bad for the guys. Perhaps they are overworked or maybe the long hours are making them exhausted. Food was a bit slow to arrive but it was no tragedy lol.There is a lack of sushi spots in The Beach. As much as I like Sushi Art, I’d like to have 2 or 3 more options. I also hope more places will be licensed soon.

This place is great with a nice atmosphere and fast service. We went there yesterday at JBR Branch and we had the Signature Box. It was a very delicious meal and Highly recommended to try. Thanks to Maribeth for her super friendly and hospitable service. She explained the menu to us in a very clear and professional way, always checking on us, and ensuring we have a great customer experience. Would definitely try SushiArt again !

Excellent sushi! The best sushi in Dubai by far.

Lunch or dinner, eat in or delivery this experience for sushi and sashimi lovers will never let you down. The service at the restaurant is friendly, fast and efficient but I prefer eating in the comfort of my own home either with friends or on my own. The delivery boxes are well presented and they give ample amounts of Wasabi and Soya sauce. My favortie is the 44 piece sushi box but they have varying sizes with either only Tuna or Salmon or Yellow Tail Tuna or California rolls. Whatever your pleasure they will thrill.

We saw the advertisement in the picture (about menus starting from AED 65 at lunch hour) and decided to have lunch there. We ordered two of the sets shown in the picture and some dessert. However, we have been very surprised to find out in the check that the menus ordered cost twice as much (AED 119). When the question was asked, the waitress said that none of the menus shown in the picture cost 65, and they are all priced according to the menu and no special discounts at lunch time apply. I believe such advertising is totally mischievous and inappropriate and the management has to remove it not to misguide the clients!While the food was good, I am not going to visit the place again because of such marketing policy.

The poke bowls are amazing. Huge, mine was filled with salmon, fresh veggies/salad, rice plus you get two sides. Great if youre hungry and craving something fresh - The poke bowls are great value for money. Plus it was all delicious. In a city where everything is so expensive was refreshing to find an option like this.

I ordered a home delivery including a miso soup and seaweed salad. The order came about 15 minutes late and what was in the bag was simply unbelievable. The miso soup was all out of the container and in the plastic bag. The same for the seaweed salad which had come out of the container and was now at the bottom of the paper bag all over the rest of the ordered items - disgusting! I phoned up to complain and was promised a replacement within 30 minutes - this is now 55 minutes ago - not impressed. I have ordered from them many times but this is the last time... never again. There are many better sushi delivery places in Dubai.

It was my first time to ever try Sushi. I liked it. Presentation and the place itself is very pleasant. Staff are nice too. For someone who didnt find the idea of eating raw fish appealing, i actually ate alot of pieces and found them good.

Salmon salad is just salmon and panko (The restaurant did refund this however). Teriyaki chicken and seafood noodles very salty. Gyoza warm and gooey. Disappointing.

Overall this place is very good. The location is nice and considering where it is, it’s actually very reasonably priced compared to other restaurants in JBR. The service was very fast and it didn’t take long at all for the food to come to our table. I can’t speak for authenticity honestly but I’ve had enough sushi to know what’s good and what it isn’t and this place is good. Portions (especially the rolls) are smaller than what I’m used to.

Went for lunch, was quiet. Friendly staff. Ordered crab salad which was so good we had to have seconds. Ordered their signature sushi; fresh ingredients very yum you can taste every thing the beef, pepper, coriander and the mayo on top. 174 AED for two plates of sushi, two crab salad and a drink.

With so many options available, Sushi Art stands alone offering reliable delivery service and a product you can trust. I absolutely love sashimi and sushi (salmon cream cheese rolls are one of my favourites). All ingredients are high quality and very fresh. It’s particularly evident when the fish is served just as it is (tuna sashimi for example).This time I ordered a 42 pieces served in a limited edition box created by a French designer. The selection included veggie rolls, salmon, tuna and crab. It was sufficient for me and my cat Agent Double Snake, who sneaked a treat or two.

Sushi Art is an excellent place to have sushi in JBR. My absolute favourite. The place is minimal and elegant, very japanese style. you can find here particular kinds of sushi I had never heard of, for example sushi with wagyu beef, which is delicious. When the weather allows it you can have dinner outside. Give it a go!

We were here tonight (September 19th) and ordered 12 pieces of avocado cucumber rolls and quinoa salad. Rolls were very small and salad was also a small portion. I don’t like this sort of marketing style. They have competitive prices on the menu for the food and they attract customers with this but when it comes to portions they serve very little food and to me they are fooling their customers or at least that was what I and my girlfriend felt. The food was good I mean nothing special. I would recommend it but be prepared about what I have said.

Good sushi but very deceptive lunch menu. Advertised at 69 aed and when the bill arrived it was 129 aed.When I complained I was told it was from 69No other prices shown on menu and very misleading.

We have it deliver. Right on time, excellent presentation of the food.The sushi was delicious, fresh and amazing combinations, we had a sorted box. The presentation was good too & the price was according wit the quality.

Very disappointed, the marinated fish didn’t look at all like in the menu, very oily and looked like they used trimmings to make it.

I don’t give one stars ever, or maybe a few spots, put this Sushi Art JBR branch is actually zero stars worth. We had a very bad experience getting seated as their “waiting” list doesn’t exist. It’s basically find a table and just sit. So they took our number and never called us until I showed up and found people just taking tables. Then when seated, you can tell the restaurant is busy and they can hardly keep up with the orders. They told us 40 minutes, which is fine as it was a nice evening. But 1 hour to get just our drink. A sparkling water. We decided to leave because we discovered the kitchen is busy filling online orders than attending to the customers onsite.If a restaurant is busy, then you can NOT accept online orders for a period of time until you get your kitchen in order.It was a disappointing experience as the management was happy we left since another table opened up.I will still go to the Sushi Art branches, just not JBR.

Old food..imagine your sushi with dried rice already thats clearly been pre-made awaiting the order. Overpriced for its quality. The staff probably are either bored or overworked...we felt the vibes..no good.

Hard to find really good sushi in Dubai, but Sushi Art are by far and away the best we’ve found! Always fresh, great variety and reasonably priced. Only gripe is that the actual size of the sushi rolls is a bit on the small side.

Oh My WORD!!!! I order from here all the time because it is the best quality sushi I can get delivered as far as I know. HOWEVER... it is not without PAIN AND FRUSTRATION. And I pay DEARLY for this PAIN! The website NEVER works. (Sorry maam, we will make a note... for a few years now.) So every time I have to call. They rarely can think or operate outside the box - for instance they dont understand what is on their website at all or about offers. Then the sushi is often very late, like very late. The hot items are cold and the cold items warm or mixed up or spilled. Getting them to sort an issue is like pulling teeth. Just the most annoying ordering experience EVER. Unfortunately I love their sushi and I have spent thousands over the years, but I really must find a new company or I will get an aneurism from the process. The day can be stressful enough without spending top money for a frustrating sushi order.UPDATE: I see a few improvements, but some things not at all. And always new issues. This is the latest message I have sent to Sushi Art:I would like to know why I am no longer able to order the hot food online. Also, I am not able to redeem sushi points online for some reason. Also, I am not able to redeem my free platter as it says that is not available at the Meadows location. However - I am not able to change the location because of where I live. I am automatically directed to the Meadows location. Your restaurant continues to be very difficult to order from!!! Always so problematic!ANOTHER UPDATE: I still cannot claim any REWARDS that I have on the website because I cannot use the website on phone, ipad or laptop. It does not allow me to select any payment option. There are none. So I cannot complete the order. So I call the location and it takes me ages to repeat last weeks order (680 AED) and I try to use one of my REWARDS... but they dont know what the rewards are as there is no familiarity with the website. What is the coupon code, etc. (There is a whole page detailing what rewards I personally have at this point.) Anyhow, Ahmed called me back and bless his socks just calmly helped me out and said they will look into the website.Still 2 stars. Because the delivery guy is lovely and the food is fab. Its just a hassle.

The very best sushi hub in UAE.Special for Asians are Indian spring rolls.Their selections are marvelous. Half cooked available for first time guests.Pokai is a very must try from them,JBR HAVE a very lovely outside sitting area and smoke also.
