As we enter the restaurant Cindy welcome us smiling and happy .We had amazing birthday dinner celebration here. We love Italian food and what we had ordered are all very good we had pizza, salmon, Carbonara, lasagna and chicken. All the staff had a little surprise cake, card and sing happy birthday to my birthday boy, the Tiramisu cake is divine love the crunchy bite of it. Absolutely recommended.We went there to try the pizza and we werent disappointed at all. Tasty and fragrant. We appreciated as well the generosity of appetizers, specially the home made schiacciata, and cocktails.Nice and welcoming environment and absolute friendly and attentive service.Interesting promotions according to the different days.

Really liked this place and the food. The decoration is elegant while keeping it simple. It is a perfect place for a not noisy dinner. You can definitely have a discussion. It is also nice if you are a small group. They should improve on the Balsamic Vinegar as it was a bit like a syrup and not the real stuff from Modena.

This restaurant inside the hotel. The staff are Welcomed is warmly. They were Very charm. The Food is delicious. In addition, Kids menu was available too. It’s Ambience place and looks romantic. They offering a takeaway to your room service which is great.

I came to dine in positano dubai for its famous brunch with my friends and I was literally amaized with this place and it’s superb colleagues especially Mr Ramesh. Starting from the beginning till the end it was spectacular. Truly value for money. The food and beverage is great. Highly recommended. Thanks to Mr Ramesh and team for this great experience.

Pricey with really average food, not many options to eat as they only offer Pork in almost all their dishes with no substitutes... Had a bad stomach right after... 2 stars for cleanliness and Tiramisu only...

I dined here recently with a large group. The staff were friendly and accomodated us without a booking. Food and drinks came out really quickly despite the size of our party and the food was delicious. I had the sea bass and ate everything off the plate. The rest of my party also demolished the food in front of them.Highly recommend

Positano is a must to go in dubai! Everything is great, from the food to the service! Specially Hellen and Sanjip, they make your stay so pleasant here! Don’t miss the pizza deal nights, on Thursday and Saturday!!! And the views are soooo worthy! My advice, seat in the terrace and enjoy a glass of wine!

Excellent authentic Italian food and great service

Casual all dining style place with open kitchen. A bit boring interier, but for regular dinner its ok. Quite authentic, nice portion and affordable price. Waiters are working accordingly to the standards. Overall it was nice experience.

Going there on their Tuesday nights which has pizza and wine packages can make this restaurant which is a bit pricey a lot easy on the pocket. Lovely food

Was supposed to have a professional meeting 2 days ago with dinner afterwards at Kitchen 6 on 6th floor of J W Marriott Marquis Dubai, but was cancelled without notice. So I opted to dine at Positano on the second floor, having had group breakfast twice before and met the wonderful chef there. He showed me around the restaurant explaining their cuisine and showed me where Dubai Water Canal was to run by the balcony on that floor opposite the restaurant.My friend was with me and we were seated promptly (uncrowded place) and the waiter came right away. The place was dark and the decor mostly grey and black, nothing Italian, not the music nor the paintings. Looking out the window one sees new bridge being constructed making it a place with no view, maybe explaining the uncrowdedness !!!We had to wait for the bread after changing the cutleries ????!!! But the bread was way less than expected, some reddish but soggy (? tomato-flavored) and others plain, sliced thin and very airy, not crusty.We ordered beef lasagna but was heavy on the taste and Parma ham pizza which was excellent. The service ruined the beauty of the food. We had to literally hunt for our waiter every time we needed something (bread, parmiggiano, basilicum, and above all the bill). I thought he said the small water was Pana for 20 and the large was local for 13 so I chose the local. The price was on the bill 30 !!!! I told him I buy 6 bottles of 5 liters of water for that price !!! The manager came for literally seconds and left without any comments on the shocking water price.Unless the service rises up to the level of the chef and the location moved to an upper floor (where many meeting rooms are filling such floors unfortunately), 2 stars suffice! !!

They offer delicious buffet spread with a choice of wine and drinks. Steak and salmon are made to order and absolutely delicious. The dessert has an ice cream counter which is amazing. I was pleasantly surprised with the classic elegant ambience and they gave my gal a surprise birthday cake which was amazing. Helen, Mark and the manager were such great hosts, very professional friendly and attentive.. this is Dubais hidden secret. Thank you Positano team for excellent service..we had a great time..

Cozy place, good food, great choice for a classy night out

Came to the JW Marriott looking for dinner and was planning on sushi at GQ, but Im glad we went for Positano because it was some of the best Italian food Ive ever had.Being Sunday they had a fixed price buffet (alcohol optional) which included an amazing array of starters, meat (the real thing, not fakes like turkey bacon) & cheese, half a dozen mains, and as if thats not enough, made to order fresh pasta, pizzas and meats.I didnt even make it to dessert, but it looked great too so next time Ill be sure to leave room for it.

Excellent Italian restaurant. The service is impeccable and fast. We like Tuesday and Saturday evening, unlimited pizzas for 95 aed per person. The pizzas are excellent and the desserts are very good. Water is a bit expensive.Excellent restaurant italien. Le service est impeccable et rapide. On aime tu mardi et le samedi soir, les pizzas à volonté pour 95 aed par personne. Les pizzas sont excellentes et les desserts sont très bons. Leau est un peu chère.

Great service by all, very good food is usual prices for Dubai. Very nice location, great atmosphere and very clean. If you are at the hotel, I found it better than the restaurants in the malls, as well as more practical for a dinner.

A really good restaurantWe went to Positano for dinner. It was just great. Reception, service everything was really very good. Our keeper was called Sanjip and he was just fantastic. Kudos to the whole team. Well be back for sure.
