Where to start, I have been their customer insuring 2 of my cars for MANY years. Thank God didnt need them before or had a major accident.I got a huge scratch while parking in a mall and did police report and the story begins.1- app dont work2- hot line dont work3- land line dont workAt the end I was able to get the claim email address.They asked me to send the car to the workshop. So I did that and now its been 5 days no response from.insurace. keep calling Rak to see how can i pay the premium, zero help. At this rate the care will stay there a month meanwhile I am paying for a rented car.I am stuck looks like I will go pick the car and go to consumer protection and make a complaint. Unbelievable what a bad bad service... just frustratedI wish there are a negative rating I could use

I have visited one of the hospital under the coverage ,doctor asked me to go for an MRI .I have done the MRI 3-4 weeks before and doctor suggested for a surgery.We got a message from hospital on 17-08-2021 stating that they have requested for the approval for the surgery .Till now they havent approved the request, delaying unnecessarily and asking me to take the option to do it back in my home country.

A very bad experience with their motor insurance, which I had taken and after an accident on the back of the car, RAK had assigned my car to a substandard garage where they did only some cosmetic repair and when I went for the car passing now I had to do all the work on my own to get the car passed

Pls dont take Rak insurance. They rejected normal prescription for fever and when i called helpline they told me its a mistake and requested the pharmacist to reapply and they will approve it know what they rejected again . Worst is they rejected it continuously 3 time that the pharmacist got annoyed. After spending 2 hrs in pharmacy i got it approved

Very bad insurance, theyre giving approval for the medicines on call. Me and family waited at the pharmacy for nearly 20 min.s to get the approval of two tablets. first they denied the request , then we waited there. after a while pharmacist called then only they agreed to approve. very bad service. im truly disappointed. Making us to wait at the pharmacy for long time is not fair especially when we are sick.

They dont know how to deal with their clients, They dont undersrand that patient waiting for a long time to have approval however approval through email it can be sent in just 5 mins they need 3-4 hrs to give approval to patient to have examination !!! Also I tried to call always busy and u cant reach the company really disappointed about service they have...

Worst insurance ever. STAY AWAY FROM THEM if you value your money and time.They never approve medicines over pharmacy approval request. You need to call and beg for their approval. They dont know the meaning of professionalism. Total disappointment!!

Worst Insurance ever i seen. i personally suggest everyone do not take RAK insurance. when i took this insurance ASTER Hospital & Clinics are there. now they suspended. without any information. now they saying ASTER Hospital & Clinics are Suspended from their network. this is really cheating to customer.. Very Very Bad Service...

We got our entire family health insurance with RAK and so far our experience has been quite positive with the overall service and approvals. Mr. Salaheldin Mahmoud Fahmy is an exceptional person and he was very helpful, patient and made himself available to help me better understand about the nitty-gritty details of the policies. I’m hopeful that we will get same level of services for the coming years as well.

The most slowest service ever! We have requested a quotation for engineering insurance a week ago. Received from everyone except this company. Moreover, the employee not even attending calls knowing the nature of this call if guess. In my opinion, absolutely incompetent approach to say the least.

Worst ever insurance, the staff in the insurance company keeps asking stupid questions. 6 times my doctor has send them clarification on the test required but they never seem to understand. Making me visit the hospital 4 times in last one week. Is this a joke? They do not even deserve a single star rating. I would rather give them the worst insurance reward rating in the UAE.

For everyone getting a medical insurance plan from RAK insurance, please be aware of the policy and go through the terms and conditions. The agent wouldnt inform you of all the minor details. I was just sold a group medical policy of 16 people while being told it is Abu Dhabi Basic plan, only after the payment was done and the policy was issued, I found out on my own that it was in fact a Workers plan which the agent did not mention once.When I brought it to their attention of what has happened, the answer I got from the management is that our agent might not have mentioned it to you but it is not their fault, it is your fault as a client for not asking all the details.

Their health insurance is horrible. The premium is low and so are there services. I have not got a single approval for nay blood tests ever. They want a previous report. How is I possible to have. A previous report if I wasn’t suffering that disease.Let’s say a person is detected with cancer today. From where will he or she have previous report. Stop selling the insurance if you are not going to accept any claims.

Worst insurance on planet earth! I bought the most expensive insurance from them under Neuron network. It was all fine until renewal of the policy is due. They contact me by email if you want to renew heres a 40% increase on your last year sum!!! I asked why increase? they replied because you used your card!! I mean come on are you kidding me? am I supposed to keep it in my wallet for twelve month and never used why the hell am I getting it in the first place then? Of course I ended up not renewing. And people be aware from a sales representative in this company his name starts with D if you ever deal with him youre about to experience the worst customer service in your whole life hes waaay unprofessional he will answer your call from the beach you could hear the waves and tell you hes busy haha I mean this company is beyond a disaster a new word must be invented thats for sure..

Rak insurance iris net work dont even deserve any single rate. My wife had fever and I took her to clinic. After consulting with doctor he prescribed panadol, antibiotic and due to high cough, cough syrup as well. But from the iris network they rejected panadol and cough syrup. If the patient have high cough how the company can reject medicine. 2 AED panadol insurance company cannot afford?second day, due to high cough its lead to breath issue and my wife was struggling to breath. Immediately I took her to clinic. Doctor prescribed inhealler and tablet. Again iris net work rejected inhealler. While my wife facing breath problem without using inhealler how she ll breath properly. Inhealler is costly compare to tablet. So they approved only tablet.If the insurance cannot afford the basic medicine why should I continue the service with them. So I cancelled my policy and waiting for the payment.As per the company policy they will not refund full amount also. Because couple of days I was carrying this insurance with me. This is the way company cheating peoples.

I purchased health insurance policy from them through Noble insurance broker for me, my colleague and our families and during the policy period my wife got pregnant and insurance policy expired on 11 march 2019 and since 9th of march Im struggling to renew the policy to keep my family covered but unfortunately they refuse to renew the policy because of the pregnancy case and asked me to but a new policy instead of renewal of the existing one to add a loading of 7000 dirhams to my wife premium.Shame on you RAK 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Worst insurance ever, we use salama insurance normally but one doctor suggest neuron and rak insurance for us, we used the insurance almsot 10 times, 9 times out 10 they didnt cover all medicine and always the most expensive medicine is not cover and u have to keep calling to fight so you can get all your medicine approval, and if you need reimbursement then it will take 5 to 6 months.

Being victim of serious car accident they provided less quality replacement car for only 10 days and get my damaged one getting repaired tooo late purposely to find cheapest garage to do the work And asked me to pay additional rental car after 10days !!! It negotiates for life 😂 worst insurance of my life ... They disappoved my sgpt check up ... By judging that I consume alcohol.... Cant even differentiate who drinks alcohol n who doesnt .... Atleast check it and den go for your decision .... I had dry eye issue ... So pharmacy charged me for that eye drop saying its not covered ... Its on prescription... Common atleast 25 DHS u can cover 😂

Medical insurance is very bad experience .. I do not advise anyone. A disrespectful company and trying to find solutions so as not to payEverything that comes with your doctor’s prescription does not include the guarantee.
