Bad services and thievish prices 👎Not recommended at all!

So upsetting. I cancelled insurance for my car they said they will refund me and cut some percent. Then they said call us after 10-15 days. Now its 22 days. Why such a slow service.When u r depositing they will sign day and night..But when u need to close it for whatever reason theyll keep u pending

Very very very bad service i sell my car then they cut much money and they refund after long time and long procedures. And ypu have to go to head ofiice to receive your money not from same brunch which is on tasjeel. Very bad customer services.

I ended up paying twice online because of their retarded website ..and the refund process was such a joke had to go to specific branch after waiting two weeks to issue the check. . Then when I went to the. Bank same day to withdrawals.. I had to wait hour and half in the bank because they restricted payments for anyclients without taking their approval... Please someone tell me how retard is that!!
