The best insurance company ever simply AFNIC is the best

Highest rate in the market, rude staff at tasjeel locations, employees will decide car values for comprehensive insurance depending on their own background not according to any evaluation system

Their staff at al qusais branch just sit at counter for chat with other staff. Aint nobody give a damn about a customer waiting.

Timings for inspection is between 9 to 11 am, hence a little difficult at times

Possibly the worst insurance ever, I called for help to get a towing truck they said we will get back to you shortly and never did after that there no one to answer the phone for the rest of the day.
