Had decent experience until last time, they just trap customers by making them pay at first showing quotes which will not be approved once you pay, and you end up settling for whatever they wish to offer since refund is complicated and time consuming. Had an awful experience as I had to pay AED 1,200 in fines and do rta passing again just because I trusted them for their word on issuing the insurance on the same day.

Dear Yallacompare team2 Days ago I have an Amazing experience with yallacompareAlthough their website and automated facilities are a bit lacking, their customer service agents on the phone and via chat were very very helpful and polite. First they helped get a significant discount for my car insurance and second, even after I made a mistake about which emirate my car should be registered under And Guy from yallacompare Mohd. What call me and after chatting with them on the phone He quickly resolved the issue within a few minutes with RTA, with me having to do hardly anything And I am getting angry on agent why my police is not issued he called me and ask for last 20 minutes when there is no office open I think at night 8:30 and he give me call after 5 minutes and ask me your policy is issued and updated in RTA with same Emirates registration that I want. Sorry guys for rudeness Great customer service overall.

Do not trust them. they will keep pushing you and being very nice and professional until you buy the insurance however when it comes to refunds they will never respond, give loads of excuses and misleading information to delay the process to over a month. very bad service. still waiting for my refund.Update:the below response is also misleading, i was told by my insurer that no cancellations were attempted by yallacompare after 3 weeks of my initial request hence after this review Naveed Shoukat spoke to me, apologized and informed that the delay is because the company had been bought out [which they could have informed from first place and responded to the 6 emails and many calls i did to reach Sabir Jamil ] they wanted to refund me in another 3 weeks however after long convo they promised to refund in 5 days which they did. I keep receiving calls, emails and texts to take down this review and get a discount on my next purchase but i will not because people deserve to know the truth. they have good customer service ONLY when you buy the insurance anything after is a hot mess. I bought 3 times from them and i wont buy anymore.

Car insuranceExtremely unprofessional. You ask them not to call you, they keep calling. You send instructions via email with details such as dates (twice) they ignore them and you have to repeat the same thing again for the third time over whatsapp. It is as if the people on the other side are not listening to anything you are saying they just want you to pay. Terrible manners when interacting with customers, I dread the time of year when I have to renew insurance because of having to deal with them.

Horrible service really doesn’t want people to use them for insurance anymore they made me change my insurance from fully comprehensive to 3rd party for which I had made payment a week ago and when it was time for my vehicle renewal they said it’s not getting approved became pathetic and till now waiting for my refund
