I have been applying for multiple positions at this place, but unfortunately the HR does not respond to any of the emails either personally sent to them nor on LinkedIn. We understand that being the HR of a global office, they must be catering to many other tasks and hold many responsibilities. But sadly, responsiveness is a far off thing, they hardly even open inmail messages sent to them. The hiring managers are very ignorant to respond and it comes off as arrogance. As employees we do not expect to be stuck with regard to our applications. Atleast an automated email regarding our application progress should be sent. A global organisation such as Marsh should atleast be responsible enough to be accountable for thousands of candidates who dream to work with them. It’s a very disappointing and irresponsible gesture.

Update: They have unethical way of business, before sharing the final invoice; they take all the approvals from you and when you are not OK with unbelievable high premium in final invoice; they will block you for 1 month and you cant have any other policy from them.No body picks up the call and no dedicated consultant provided to customers (companies). Quite un-professional attitude even if you visit the office, they dont answer clearly and provide the landline number of consultant who again doesnt answer the call.Seems they are getting business by luck as with such behavior and poor customer service god knows who are taking the insurance from them. Think that you have medical insurance and in emergency it is not getting approved by insurance company then you dont have anyone to speak to in broker company like Marsh, that would be a terrible situation.

Difficult to find the location...no signboard or building name...not accessible to metro as well. As of now not impressed.
