Really poor service, when you need insurance the most I have had no reply or acknowledgement on my claim in over 2 weeks. After calling several times and being on hold for over 20 minutes the calls disconnects. Dont use this company if you need to claim on insurance when you desperately need it.

Wonderful service. I was actually looking for a TPL insurance for my temporarily imported bike. Everywhere else it was for a minimum of 1 year but got it done here for 2 weeks (I dont need a long duration insurance as I am on a tour).

It is not a good insurance, i lost my money for paying the protect plus for my credit card for 4 to 5 yrs. When the time comes that i lost my job and about time to claim the benefits from this insurance they will say that you are not eligible to claim because i didnt follow the policy of within the 30 days grace period of submitting the documents upon receiving the termination letter from my company. Nobody knows that it is only 30 days and i think no one/nobody wants to read a full policy, they should give at least a consideration to their customer. Very bad experience.

They provide very bad service. I did not expect how bad they are until I purchased health insurance policy from them. Rejection is the first action from them for any request even if you are in the emergency or you have life threating case although your policy is covering. I would recommend to avoid them.

Best service. Agents are really professional

I was stuck with EBP plan purchased for my kid and wife. They gave me a network list with Aster Clinics. But most of them Rejected. I called their call center and Visited Branch. None of them know about change in networks. No one even managed to reply to email . Imagine i am running around with a sick infant of 8 months.

Not even worth a star. Please dont take credit card from Emirates NBD which is tied up with a good for nothing ADNIC for credit shield insurance. ADNIC is good for nothing company and dont know why Emirates NBD is tied up with them.I lost my job and as per credit shield policy I was supposed to get the credit card insurance claim. However this unorganized unethical people of ADNIC disapprove it saying I need to be on same Employer visa even after Termination. How is it possible to be on same Employer visa if Employer terminate us. people working their are stupids and making this strange rules at ADNIC.Public are cautioned not to take credit card from Emirates NBD which is linked to this unethical company.

Day light rep off company. Do not trust them with anything. I paid for more than a year for my Credit card insurance so that ADNIC would cover me in case I involuntarily lose my job which did actually happen. When I contacted them, they said that my Contract should have been for 2 years and not renewable on a yearly basis. So they didn’t cover me nor did return my money paid. I have been just wasting my money for a year for nothing!

Staff and atmosphere is good. Difficult to get paid parking and it’s expensive than normal rates. May be Adnic service is good however my experience is not good due to in efficiency of one of their staff to update wrong info in system

Bad -- like others I am so sorry that I lost my money full coverage my daughters for years to deal with such lying conniving bunch - they tell you something about having a check ready for you and make you think they are doing you a favor .... and when you move across town to the most crowded section of town which is highly guarded with parking fines you discover they were bluffing and you have to fix your car before they pay you settlement.Why didnt you say that before I come to you jokers?Even that star up there is too much for them! Never again!While on the topic, I did get my settlement with no questions asked from a really respectable company Abu Dhabi National Takaful Co. I highly recommend the other company but definitely not ADNIC - never again.

I was trying to get advice which insurance is for me an to receive simple estimate how much are the plans. It was nightmare - after FOUR days they sent me only SIX pages long form to fill only to give me quotation. In these four days i found another company, much more friendly.If the customer service is so bad even during sales phase, I prefer to NOT check the customer service level after signing the aggrement ...
