Horrible assistance. They do not have a network of towing cars In Dubai so you will be lucky if they send you one from Sharjah border. Customer Ser ice saying only that they are trying to help but not providing solutions. I had to arrange privately in the end.

There are many bad insurance companies in Dubai. Actually the majority and this one is no exception. It is one of the worst. the problem is that I had to use their services as they were at the RTA. Avoid at any cost.

Do not recommend anyone to take this insurance and even come bear to this company. Had to wait my refund for 6 months, it was horrible experience. Reception is completely incompetent, playing phone while everyone is waiting, customer service 0 star.Just avoid this place go and get better insurance.

Al Shorafa Insurance made the whole process a breeze by setting it up for me over a phone call and giving me ample time to deliver the paperwork. Great Services. Highly Recommended!

I suggest Don’t Take Insurance From This CompanyI bought the car policy and in middle of the policy period I sold my car and asked for balance period refund, before 3 months and still money is not refunded and they are now asking various useless questions. I understood the intention of this insurance co not willing to pay me back.I am really disappointed with such unprofessional insurance co. who don’t care for their trustworthiness and credibility. No body will just let go their hard earned money like this.I will never suggest anybody to buy any policy from such cheaters

People are extremely disrespectful on the phone, would not provide even their names, and they hung up on customers . Shocking!

Not responsive by phone or by email.We send our office staff to the head office branch just to being sent out to another branch and was told a number that no one answers. Not reliable.
