If you really want to waste your money you can use their services. They are blocked by main insurance companies and they will not refund you. Simply fraudIf you go to their office you will jot find any one to attend to you 👎👎

Unprofessional. Inconsiderate. Rude. Unresponsive.Their Tamam Vehicle Center branch is useless and HIGHLY unprofessional.Their head office is a joke with barely anyone to answer the calls and if they do (after 5-10 times) then they are not able to assist you. No one else from the Relationship Office to the Manager to the reception are there to finalize anything and you are the last and least of their concerns.Either way my first step is done. Complaint has been sent to the Insurance Authority against them. I tried being lenient and understanding for weeks but they genuinely ignored me for almost a month now....And to anyone on here reading this review who has any other issues with these specific Insurance brokers I would highly suggest you do the following:1. Send a complaint to the Insurance Authority.2. File a lawsuit against them. If you need help suing them I will assist you and for free.3. Make sure to advise your friends, family, and the public of how such companies take advantage of their customers, ignore, behave unprofessionaly and disrespectfully to their customers.
