Not professional, i bought insurance from them as my start date should be visible to rta in march , they for some reason made it start on april , i paid 1 month fine late renewal, i had to redo my car test.Now I canceled my insurance and have been waiting for almost a month for my refund and there is nothing yet with empty promises of today and tomorrow.I dont advise buying from this company

Very Unprofessional and not honoring their commitment if you want to waste your time and money just call them. I want to give negative marking but unfortunately that is not available here.

People are very unprofessional, not responsive and not cooperative at all. If these are requested for any service then you will have to take a lot of follow ups and still the problem will not be resolved in time.Dont waste your money and time with this company. very pathetic experience with them☹️

Good Customer Service. Jennifer is very nice and courteous. She gave me quote on off day which was really appreciated. Their prices are better than other brokers and she got me good discount as well. Will highly recommend for future insurance needs as well.

Worst company unprofessional staff, dont waste your money with them!. I have renewed my vehicle insurance from Hasnan Ahmad from this company and told him start date should be 13th July 2021 when he took mo ey he put start date 11th which was current date then he said i will change it and send it to you, so after few hours he sent me amended policy as i requested but when i registered the vehicle it was coming 11th July 2021 same as he made before so it means this company is a big scam just editing the pdf file and think that customers are fool. Its not about 2 days its matter professionalism and fraud. How come you guys just edit the legal documents will raise this issue with legal team. Its totally not acceptable!

This company is a scam!! Im waiting for my policy refund for weeks now and either they ignore the email, phones and they dont even do anything about it thats only ifnthey answered the phone, Ashleeen is useless been following up with him but he does nothing, all the other stuff either on break, on leave or their phone numbers are disconnected, stay away from them if you can.
