Company randomly emailed ALL of our contacts on our About Us page of our website. Even though we have the emails marked as no spam, and unsolicited marketing emails will not be answered. Theyre simply cold emailing as many companies as they can, without respect for professionalism. Furthermore, their email had spelling mistakes whatsap instead of whatsapp, and they linked their personal facebook page..... Why?

Very bad company and staff they lie to you and dont even fulfill there commitments. They have freelancers not proper educated people will not recommend to any oneBad customer service after the policy

Staff dont care about their customers. take an insurance from them and you have to follow up multiple times. information is not clear and they seem too busy. will not recommend them. company may be good. but some staff dont carry that same goodness

Highly unprofessional company and employees. Trust my words, dont ever take any service or product from them. They seems to be to busy to care about the clients and customers. They give wrong products/information to clients and become unresponsive to any issues. They only want their commision and least bothered about anyone.

The agents in this company doesn’t look like they are professional. I had asked them to provide me an insurance and they said it will be active in a day. Once all the documents are provided than that say it’s going to take 2 days. Why can’t you be transparent while dealing with customers.Also I had sent all the documents but had to call them for follow up.Bad experience.

A completely un professional and non reliable broker / agent in UAE . They have zero ownership and the only thing they care is about selling the highest margin product to you . Most of the time they wont give you all details and you could land up in big trouble. I lost almost 50% of my investment with the investment plan they sold to me a couple of years back with misleading communication.Please double check all details before dealing with Compass brokers

They only hire the worst advisors in the country. You only have to see the location and the quality of the people inside. Terrible reputation, they have no clue what they are selling.

There is this staff of Compass Insurance Broker who took my husband’ s premium payment for car insurance, but never issued the policy. She just took the money and till now we are waiting for the policy. It’s almost a week now and still no update. The name of the lady is “Irene.” We have been asking her also to just return to us the payment but she just keep promising she will.
