This company does not help even when they know their employee is cheating its customer. One of the agent from Capital Shield opened a new Emarat Takaful insurance file forging my husbands signature on the agreement paper. He was agent of Generali Insurance earlier, so he had my husbands documents with him. He convinced my husband that name of Generali Insurance has changed to Emirates Takaful and took 8 cheques from my husband of USD4000 (AED14600). The insurance he created is for 62 years!! he did that to get his commission. Now when I am following up with the company, though they are well aware of the fraud, they are ignoring my request. The Capital Shield agent who has done this, accepting that he has cheated. The company has now terminated that person but they are not returning my hard earned money though they are well aware that they got it from cheating.
