A villa makeover to an Aquapark which was done in very neat way. With 3 long slides, water fountain and splash pad area Aquaduck is worth of money. The entry includes one kid and one adult which is a pretty good call. outside food and drinks are not allowed but theyve got menu which could satisfy your hunger at decent cost. There is seperate washroom/changing rooms for boys and girls. Kids can easily spend 2-3hours here and the parent can try the slides too to enjoy with your kid

The facility itself is nice and cozy, the kids had fun. However the staff themselves are very unprofessional, we were a trip of 40 kids and we paid for playing and a snack. One of the kids dropped his food, we asked for another one they said pay for it!!! Another kid wanted to swap his juice with another flavor and they simply refused, they said you can buy another flavor with 5 Dhs .. I mean what on earth we are paying for 40 kids and you are not flexible at all. The worst thing was that when we came to pay , they said oh we forgot to tell about the VAT which costs 150 Dhs extra!! We said this was not clear from the emails and phone calls we had . They only mentioned the price without mentioning vat and we thought maybe that’s the final price with no hidden charges. Another thing, at the end of the day, the kids were showering and one had soap in his eyes , the water just cut off!! No water anywhere and the kid started crying because there was no water to wash his eyes! They said the water tank was empty 🙄 extremely disappointed with those staff!

Honestly the Best Venue for Kids Birthday Party!They Plan it so well, From the Games to the Delicious Food and finally to their Water Splash! The Staff is really Helpful in all aspects.Loved it !

We celebrated our sons birthday at aquaduck and the hospitality that we got was phenomenal. The food served was a gastronomical delight too. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. #Great work team aquaduck.

Aquaduck is a must visit place. The staff here is very supportive. Theymaintain amazing hygiene standards. And the food served by them is super yummy.

Highly priced. Dirty pool. No bathroom shower. Spider and spider webs inside the tube slide. Even after complaining, staff didnt seem to be interested in resolving the issue. Rather just made us fill a form for feedback. Should be avoided.

We bought weekend pass of 2 adults + 2.children however we had an infant with us, they never let us in until we bought 1 adult 1 child pass for infant... i offered the staff to let the infant in and i can pay 52 dhs for 1 adult as per their tarrif but they refused... disappointing...

Its not a clean area. Staffs are unprofessional. Also they wont accept children less than 3 years old.
