You will have lovely time there.1 hour is for 100 AED. They will provide socks when you enter & locker rooms are available for 10 AED/ hour.I got injured there & the staff handled this in a very professional way. Bounce Al Quoz dubai is the best place for kids entertainment.It is an amazing place with very friendly staff and they keep the kids away from danger.Kids and even adults enjoyed at a very resonable price.The parking is 2.30Aed per hour and 1 ticket will cost you Aed100.You can use entertainer application to get Buy 1 get 1 on the tickets.

Can highly recommend this place for active birthdays celebrations as kids enjoyed a lot.We had around 10 kids celebrating my daughter birthday and host was so supportive and entertaining that kids doesn’t want to stop and was not willing to leave. Everyone was happy to spend this time at trampoline park.Everything was well organized and we didn’t had any trouble with kids, even wouldn’t look after them as they were well supervised.Really appreciate the hard job of trainers, supervisors and all team in general. Keep up the same high standards and continue to give enjoyment to young generation.

Wow! What an incredible indoor trampoline fun zone this was! My son absolutely enjoyed every minute we were there. Spacious, clean, everything is well maintained, social distancing, area for parents to watch over their kids while grabbing a coffee and a snack, what more can a mom or dad ask for. The coaches are the best! The coach in our section could see my son was very keen to learn and being an only child can sometimes be lonely so he spent tons of time with him showing him tricks all while still looking after the other children in the section. Really grateful for finding BOUNCE and will be visiting again and again!

I and my son friends have a wonderful experience at BOUNCE INC Al qouz we enjoy our stay and seeing my son having a new friends is priceless. All staffs are very accommodating and patiently teaching my son for the basic tricks and makes him so happy when he did it. It’s a must to visit with your family and friends.

My younger son, 10yrs old, and his friends really enjoyed the X-Park parkour section of the Bounce. We had to pay a little extra to enter this section, 20AED , on top of the regular price of 85AED. Its a great way to keep the kids fit and challenged and the staff are always nearby to help the hesitant kids! Clean and sanitized and spacious, really enjoyed!

Last week I went with my 8 kids and 2 nanny to bounce they didnt allow 1 nanny then when complained to the supervisor Mr Henry he was like the next time you come he will give free tickets which was not true and I called him today he was talking in a bad attitude said that no free tickets I was very upset with thatSo I asked for my refund for 20 hours package I bought from them I dont want to go to place where they have no respect for the customerAnd plus 2 months ago my sons arm got frustrated and there was no med team there so I had to rush to hospital from the mall

Its a great place, I always have a great time there. A suggestion: why not introduce dogdeball competitons and have a reward for the winner or last one standing? rewards can range from dicsounted/free tickets, access to x-park or merch.

A very safe and children-friendly environment. My kids went for 2 hours. They manage the groups very well to maintain a safe number of children inside at one time. The staff is very friendly and engages children very proactively. Highly recommended!

Today I took my kids to Bounce indoor trampoline, I thought its just for kids, but I also wanted to join them and jump all day.What a fun it was going there, watching kids jumping all day, and jumping with those amazing flips.Its in Al Quoz and they charge you AED 100 for one hour/personThats a little pricey, but its OK as long as the kids are having great time.They have party halls also for birthdays and other occasions.Its very safe and a very nice place to hang out with friends.One should go and become a kid again.

Very poorly managed camps and staff were not upto mark. They are interested in taking money and no service. Also, be careful they take your receipt also so you have no evidence of payment. What a shame!!! You can ask your team in festival city coach mo and nira and your festival city branch manager of the terrible experience we had and them making excuses and not refunding us. Truly a shame.

Please never go there. They forgot a metal cub board below one of the side trampolines and This negligence caused my lower back to get injured badly and is still swollen 2 weeks later. I wish I took a pic for proof, but my family and I were so busy with my injury we completely forgot about it. All they offered me was a refund after many calls. Please for your safety’s sake. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I just tried Bounce Fit! Yall, this class led by ya girl-Riley☺️❤️, was hands down the most fun Ive ever experienced in a fitness class. I literally walked in underestimating the intensity of this class. I run Half Marathons and Ive done Bodybuilding shows but this was something else!! I burned 418kcals in the 60min class. Ill let my after class sweaty selfie be proof that you need to try this class. Riley was so friendly and I truly appreciated the shouts of you can do it! As it motivated me to keep at it. Needless to say, Im coming back next weekend for more fun!!

Bounce was far too hot inside. Seems the AC isn’t what it use to be!! Just spectating was extremely sweaty. Can you imagine what the mask wearing bouncers were feeling!

Last week we tried to join the 8pm session on Thursday. The rude (possibly new male receiptionist) told us that the session was fully booked and we had to call in advance to book. Yesterday evening 16/06 we called to book for 4 pm today. Again the rude male receptionist turned us away (a senior citizen and a child of determination),stating that the session was full. Bounce where has your friendliness gone, we have paid you thousands over the months?

Although i love this place, but the reception guy is more like a robot.Took my 2 years pld daughter on Friday but it was fully booked (my bad didnt check). So i could manage the crying until Saturday. Tried to call many times to book but no one picked up! So I drove to Al Qouz, reached there and waited in the queue and when we reached to the receptionist he told us that kids below 110 cm are not allowed after 2 PM (I understand that these are management decisions). However, i was begging to let us in, as i will hold my daughters hand for few minutes just she can do couple of jumps as she was really looking for it, i said i will pay for the full hour just for few minutes. The guy kept on repeating the same sentence for many times (Sorry sir, kids under 110 cm arent allowed).No one wants to break the rules, but you guys should me more considerable especially that you work with kids.I believe it is time to switch to another trampoline house in the city

I visited this place recentlyThe staff has no idea how to deal with customers in general and kids in specific they way they talked to my daughter who was invited to a bday there asking her to leave was so rude coming from an adult to a kid. I explained to her that my daughter is prt of the bday… she was like it is non of my business she should leave the area… I explained that the rest of kids in her group are still there and that she better talk to the host… she was also rude to meNot only her… the attitude of the majority seem to be the same .. they lack any good approach to speak to kids

A good place to have a playful time and enjoy sports. They have lot of activities tondo and trainers are good. I went their for a company team-building activity and loved the experience. Also, they have a small canteen where you can get food to eat and drinks. The equipments are good and bear quality. Trampoline, jumpers and basketball are fun. Whole ambience is colorful and lively.

This is fun and burn energy as well. Best trampolines activities u can find here. Do acrobatic or gymnastic exercises on a trampoline as a recreation or sport. Dive wherever u want. Parents can sit in tbe first floor and can overview the games. Tea coffee also u may enjoy. They have a lot of car parking at any time u can find the parking for your vehicles. Allover is good.

Are you aiming to make your kids burn some calories?This place is fun and filled with trampolines! Kids jump for hours! It’s a bit expensive but they do have promotions and offers every now and then.They’ve got the x park which is a parkour place.

We had amazing time in Bounce Al Quoz ! Our son celebrate bday and all the kids loved it ! Team was very helpful, approachable, kind and accommodating . They made bday boy and all other children feeling special and welcomed. Facilities are clean , modern and they follow Covid protocols at all times ! We will come back

I took my 4 year old daughter there, and she always enjoys trampolines, but to me there is a major problem at bounce.The rule is that minimum height is 110cm but what happens often is that you find your child jumping next to a couple of 30 years old guys.There should be some kind of segregation for adults in my opinion.

In the future Ill go on a themed evening as there may be less kids. I guess that I expected an older crowd but I can see why the little ones had an amazing time. If you have a family this is definitely a great place to be to let the kids literally jump off the walls. For the older crowd maybe try one of their themed nights,glow night parties. Either way, its a great time

I commend Maybelle for being so patient and so much hands on to our very 1st bounce experience. I recently had my daughters 5th birthday get together at this place and the experience was simply amazing. Rahil was responsible for my daughters group and he made sure to give all the participants an amazing time especially taking care of my daughter and giving her the special attention on her birthday. There was even Adnan who performed an on the spot magic show for her which she totally enjoyed. Thank you to the entire bounce team. Will definately be regulars at bounce from here on.
