Very reliable , very happy with their service , excellent timing. Dropped off before agreed time , picked up way after agreed time which was very nice was like an extra 4 hours of fun.

Had ordered umbrellas and air coolers from them for an event in the desert. Jose did a very good job at the pricing, delivery and arrangements. They were quick and quite helpful with all my requirements. Must recommend them to others and will surely be using them in the future too.

Hired their services for my sons birthday party. the party host was amazing, engaged the kids well, was cracking jokes and conducting games. was very patient during the time kids were eating, and to everyones surprise, performed a magic show after kids food. kids were so amazed and had a blast.totally recommend their services... too good... and for the price, unbelievable!

A complete disappointment. I used their service for my son paw patrol birthday part. The cake table setup was a complete disaster and looked like someone did it at home. There was no table setup and the decoration was so embarrassing. The staff was very impolite and when I complained they said it’s not their problem. Very poor service I really hope no one would use them unless you are ok with low quality

One stop shop. I got fairy style white chairs, bean bags, cocktail tables and outdoor air coolers from them for my daughters 1st birthday party. They were quick to provide a quote and was flexible enough to accomodate several changes att the last minute, which is well appreciated. RentSher did the arrangements for my sons 05th BDay party @ Hyatt Place Hotel, Al Rigga on 07th Sep 19. The arrangements included venue decor, face painting, balloon bending, party host & magic show. The theme was Paw Patrol and venue decor team coordinated with me all through for capturing all our requirements and executed them perfectly. On D-Day the team was at the venue on time and everything went like clock work. The event was well organised and kids had a blast. The contact person from RentSher was Anne and at the venue was Sam. Unprofessional Team plus they charged 900 aed for delivery. Oh and thats with a discount because of the bad experience I had. I still cannot get my head wrapped around shipping price. I will never use them again.

I rented furnitures and expected to deliver at 8:30 am but they deliver 15 minutes earlier :) Good job!

Although the contact was friendly and fast, the tables and chairs that were delivered for the kids party were so dirty that it took us (a team of two people) 2 hours to scrub them clean! The guy who delivered them pretended he was cleaning them with an old cloth and some Windex...When I brought the matter to their attention, after the party, I was completely ignored. Only when I said I would post a review to talk about my experience, they sent me a formatted message that they are sorry.

We were very disappointed from the overall service that rentsher has provided for my daughters birthday. Even though they have fixed the tables problems (broken tables and dirty chairs for kids brirthday ) they came the last minute so barely had time for setting up. As for the entertainment that was extremely bad . She came late , didnt begin the show before 4:30 when she was supposed to be at 3:30. Wasted all her time with face painting, didnt do any entertainment during the cake cutting (she decided to bend the balloons) and then when she decided to do games for the kids that were supposed to be 6 games, it was too late as the kids were leaving. So overall total disappointment and definitely will not recommend the service or deal with u again .

My first baby, her first one year old celebration,Park Hyatt Dubai. I had RentSher entertaining all 20 kids at the party. Beautiful balloons decoration. Face painting was so great and truly artistical. Super cute and diverse model of balloons twisting kids asked so many and took them home. Games and entertainment was amazing as.all,kids were interacting and they loved the lady incharge. The Mcc had the best.music.for.the event. Despite multiple calls / checks and confirmations from the staff I was coordinating with (also got an email confirmation of my booking etc), they had missed coordinating our event with the right service providers. I frantically started calling them again 25mins before the event, only to get an answer that the furniture and the entertainer would come 30mins after my event started. Eventually, the furniture set-up (with drilling and fixing) happened in front of my guests 45 mins after the guests were in! And to top this all, there was no one from their management even responding to my emails / calls to apologise for the mess they created. The agent I was coordinating with as well, only chatted with me on whatsapp to apologize! Watch-out that this does not happen with you guys when you rent from them!!!

We rented 25 chairs and a few tables and a bubble machine. Everything else was okay but bubble machine was waste of money, it was too complicated to operate and the solution was good enough for only 2 minutes, we were promised that solution would be enough for at least st 1 hour
