I had the address of the recipient wrong, after the delivery guy called me in another country, going from building to building, talking to reception desk attendances, doing everything he could to het the flowers delivered. When we were unable to get hold of the recipient we agreed that he will return the delivery and then delivered after they were able to reach the recipient, Ive amend the address, and arrange a suitable time!! I needed two dozen roses for my friend’s birthday in February at the last minute and thw customer service helped me go through! The roses were beautifully arranged, the vase was decorated with a matching ribbon and honestly the price was decent. My friend was happy and so was I!I would definitely order again.Thanks

Worst service ever and very bad flowers, I called them for an important occasion and I and asked them if they have a minimum order for delivery they said no please come visit us, when I visit he said we have a delivery charge for 40 which is reasonable but I didnt like the change in attitude and words, after I selected my order he said oh no you should have a minimum order for delivery!!!!Then i managed to reach the guy responsible eho spoke on phone and he started denying what he said to me, you cant trust someone who deals with their customers just to rip them off and they easily change their words.This is not about their price, but more about how you can trust such a service. Add to that most of their flowers were really old and bad, I had to waste time to be able to choose the good ones.

I cant explain in words how refreshing this place was to work with. It was nothing but professional, easy and exactly what I was looking for from the very beginning. I would highly recommend this place. I have tons of family and friends in the city and I will continue to use this place in the future.Thanks Sentiments flowers.

I would give it Zero if I could. Avoid them. First bouquet looked nothing like advertised and contained only two of the f types of flowers. The second was much worse. Ordered pink lilies and received deep purple and in very poor condition. As if this wasnt enough when o called customer service they had he audacity to accuse me of lying and insisted they had delivered the pink lilies. But it gets worse. I spoke to the owner who asked me for a photo. He then blamed me for accepting the flowers!!!! Unprofessional, poor quality, these people are charlatans who treat their customers badly. Abysmal customer service. Dont waste your money on his one!

Did not have any second thought ordering a flower for my girl on this website. website is very good , delivery of the order was really fast, presentation of the order was ok, letter was properly sealed, I was thinking it will handwritten but not. It was just printed on a regular printer.The customer service was very helpful my desieresOther than that I would recommend the website to my friends. Will I order again? Yes.

The customer service is ridiculous. They give an order tracking number but the order is not really tracked. They say we need to check with the driver if he has picked up the order or not. Online tracking does not work either. Online chat support does not work. They have all these fancy looking customer service touch points which are just for show and are of no real use. They stopped answering phone calls in the afternoon and did not call back. I could see the person was coming online on whatsapp but was not replying to my mesgs or answering calls or calling back. Overall a very unethical and unfocused company.

Seriously, the website is a scam ! Do not place an order online. you will be charged and the delivery will never go through. Calling those guys not less than 50 times to answer the phone. they promised to get back to me and they never did ! i called them so many times after that and they promise that the package has been delivered when they DID NOT DELIVER ! anyway, they blew the surprise and on top of that charged me alot of money ! never deal with them there are many other legit shops in Dubai !!!
