An exceptional customer support! Our country card was not accepted at first. I thought that we would miss the date until we confirm the payment and due to time differences we would not be able to properly follow up. But everything was arranged so quickly. Great job, guys!

Had a bit of bad experience with an incorrect message being displayed on the cake which caused a bit of confusion. However, the response of the customer service team was amazing and immediate responsibility was accepted and proper remedial measures were taken. They took a bad situation and made it really good. I’m very impressed and will use them again for sure. Not to mention, the red velvet cake and the gifts were really good!!!

They are excellent A+. Great service. They are the best out there when it comes to making sure that there customers are serviced the right way. Because of covid, the place i wanted the gift to be delivered was closed for couple of days. Mr NAUFAL the delivery person and Ms. NATHALIE the manager helped reach the recipient made sure, that they could make the delivery happen even in these hard situations. And they did an awesome job. I am one happy customer.

Disappointing, unacceptable first and last experience with this company. I paid 550 AED, or $200 Canadian dollars for a cake to be delivered on a Friday to my brothers 1st anniversary party for the family business, which I could not attend from Toronto. This cake was my way of being part of the celebrations. Imagine my disappointment now when I received a note saying the cake had been delivered, but a day later, still no word from my brother and family in Dubai. In short - the cake had been delivered - saying it was from him, to him, with none of my personalized message attached. Moreover, the company called me and woke me up at at 4:30am to confirm details of the order - which I was happy to give. But all of this only to have the cake show up with no recipient message attached, and to be told that the driver lost it on the way and was confused by the question of who it was from. Completely unacceptable. What an absolute waste of time and money.

Rip off don’t go. I went there they only had 4 almost dead roses for the price of 15 each i asked the guy to make it ready. I came back and he wanted to charge me 200 dhs because he realized im late and going to airport. He said the paper he wrapped around the rose makes it 200 dhs. I ended up going to airport with no flowers and face disappointment in my girls eyes.

Here is a continuous to the unprofessional customer service this place is offering. On Sep 27, 2018 after 2 months of me writing a review, I received a reply on my review stating that the manager didn’t block me on whatsapp and it was only a technical issue so I went straight and tried to whatsapp her and she is still blocking me. I don’t know who these people are trying to fool !!! It’s sarcastically funny..............................................................................Sadly, after being so amazed by this service first time, I had to edit my review after my second order. I had the worst customer service ever in my entire life and I am actually shocked that such behavior was projected from the manager herself!!!! I was literally discussing with her on whatsapp about an order that I have done through them and I wrote everything I wanted in the instructions section. They made a mistake which was okay, and instead of trying to explain to me what happened, solve the issue and apologize, she claimed that I haven’t mentioned that I want a gift receipt to be given on the instructions section. While I was chatting with her, surprisingly she BLOCKED me !!!! What a behavior !!! She thinks that she is the manage she could do whatever she wants which is totally wrong!!!
