I visited last night planning to buy some stuffs but unfortunately i had a very bad experience with 1 staff who assisted me she was tall and a bit fat girl. I think you need to give her more proper training on how to have a good customer service. Its a party center shop where staff should have good ambiance and serve customer with a smile on their faces.

Wonderful place for buying party 🥳 and different occasions items. Wide variety of products are available including balloons 🎈, costumes 🎭, cutlery 🍴, plates 🍽 etc and many things. Staff are very helpful 🙂 and courteous. For different occasions like birthday and Halloween 🎃 I visited here and purchased good items.

Nice place for party balloons, birthday, anniversary, and much more range in celebrations items at one place and very nearest location, can get very good items also for every type of entertainment items.

Few days ago I visited Garhoud branch. A short lady with beautiful curly hair assisted me. She knows everything about the product and suggested me the best items that I needed. Very professional. I highly recommend party centre and staff. Too bad I forgot her name.

Selections are not only for children parties, but you have them for adults as well, including an excellent wardrobe of costumes for all ages.The staff are friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to ensure you get what you came for.👍 Recommended

Party Centre in GGICO is one big Party Supply Store! We go here for events supplies most of the time. Definitely your one stop shop for party and events supplies!

Variety of party gifts and theme decorations for all age. Very neatly arranged and displayed. Staff is very gud in nature and helps on selection. The prices are on a higher side. But, I recommend as one stop for all party needs

Expensive was my initial comment and got a very good feedback from owner ! Never expected that so thank you.However what I would suggest is give customers some less expensive options too. Right now there are so many options in uae for party items unlike before. Before we always keep party center our 1st choice but now its our last unless we need something specific. No doubt they have the best quality goods, but with current times we need to understand the economy as well people will definitely consider cheaper options since most need these items just for one day! Keep my suggestion in mind, as a trusted organization for many years I really would love to see them bloom more and more!

If i could give it a 0 star i would. HORRIBLE experience. I wanted to get a balloon stand for a graduation event i am hosting. the balloons were absolutely dirty and full of fingerprints. not only that, but the customer service wads absolutely horrible. the staff started accusing me of having it be my fault that the balloons are dusty even though the balloons went directly from the store, into the car, then indoors. they were not left outdoors and the change of weather is not to blame as per the accusation of the staff. If you have an event and need balloons, dont get from here.

It’s a pretty big store with variety of items for every kind of party like,birthday,Halloween,new year,etc but prices are very higher than other stores you can get the same items in same quality and brands much more cheaper outside

Shop is good for who looks for Party decors and varieties of decors for Bday parties. The thing is Its little costlier than compared to other shops /online blogs like Amazon etc,.

Waaaoooo....A very big place for all kind of party items. You name the item, amd they have it.Balloons, caps, decor, lights, theme based disposable items, costumes...they have huge variety. A bit expensive though. Paid Parking is just at front and also free parking in basement.... restroom was clean...Some items have no price mentioned on it, so look out for price before u bill it.

Very well stocked and the staff are very friendly

Big store with a good variety of party decorative items. However staff attitude and service is an issue. Pricing is too expensive. Was charged separately for filling balloons with Helium and not informed during invoicing. Had to return one product for being faulty which spoilt our surprise planned for a colleague. So overall the place can work to get all party requirements but be ready to pay exorbitant prices.

It is a really themed party centre you will find anything you desire to compliment your party accessories, whether its a birthday celebration, wedding, engagement, graduation, you name it party centre is the place. It is a bit pricey but save the hassle.

I have mixed reviews about this place. On one hand, you get everything to you need for a party under one roof. On the other hand, the price is unreasonable and exorbitant.The quality of the products are a hit and miss - some items are good while the others are so cheap they literally disintegrate at a touch.And finally, the staff. Maybe one or two of them have knowledge about the goods they sell and are proactive. While the others ... well, they’re lazy, make up silly excuses, give incorrect information and just walk around aimlessly.If you can, order the items from Amazon.

I am Extremely unhappy with the staff behaviors...should give respect to the all customers equally. Horrible experience..

You can everything for a party in a highly expensive rate. I dont recommend unless it is a highfive party. You can get items much cheaper in many other store. May be the quality wont be great. Just for a days few hours party, why to spend so much

Too expensive.One big example is the 40cm foil balloon, for which they charge 45 dhs a piece.We get the same quality foil balloon from other shops in dubai for less than 10 dhs.And i dont even want to get started about the prices of the other party items that they sell.Almost everything is available in other shops or on online portals atleast 50% cheaper than Party Centre.

They gave me baloons which have a fault. The baloon is deflating within 1 hour. And they are not ready to deliver the proper baloons and manager is not coming on the line either.
