Kids had a lot of fun over there, its a very safe and amusing place, and its pretty much affordable comparing to kids attractions in the city.Will definitely go there again, the staff are super sweet and helpful, and the kids liked it very much.Keep it up guys 👍

This is great place for kids to burn some energy and challenge themselves. Its not that big and they could dowith mkre staff as super busy. The cafe inside needs improvement but still a great activity for kids.

It was our first time at Adventure Zone (Galleria) today and I must say the kids had the most fun theyve ever had in any of these kind of places. What took my heart away was their amazing staff. Theyre incredibly motivating and encouraging, they go that extra mile to ensure the safety of the kids, they are warm and very loving. Ive never seen staff so deeply involved with kids.❤❤ This is going to be our favorite hang out zone now. Kudos!

A great activity place for kids. Very safe. Smaller than the other branches of Adventure HQ yet it is good enough to keep kids busy and active for an hour or two. Number of kids per session is controlled. Staff are really friendly and helpful to all kids alike. Despite no online booking, they accepted my child. Kudos to Sebastian Joseph for doing a great job and some personal attention to my kid who was a first timer. Will try to visit other branches soon.

My child loved it. There were 12 climbing walls available so plenty of options for the 60 minutes. The staff were very attentive to each child. Safety was definitely a high priority. Special shout out to Sebastian for his energy and his unique style of getting the kids to give it their all. We signed up for a membership based on our experience today.

This place has an awesome vibe and energetic staff! Great memberships packages, staff always assist and there are many easy to harder walls! Excellent way to tire kids out :-) even if busy, the team are ready and fit customers in! Happy customer and highly recommend for a pumped up time!

I have been to few places like this in Dubai, but have to admit here is the best arrangement for kids.Staff is very helpfull and supportive giving a lot of guidance to kids.Sometimes a bit crowdy.

I have been bringing my nephew, children of friends and now my daughter here for the past 5 years. This was the first summer camp my daughter was able to attend and shes had a blast. The staff are absolutely wonderful, caring, professional, considerate and really make a fun and safe environment for the kids. The manager, TK, is so thoughtful and personable, the centre is managed excellently! Well be signing up for more sessions before the summer is out.

I took my 8 year old to Adventure Zone at Galleria Mall Al Wasl and we did the climbing walls together. It was great fun and Sylvanie was fantastic; very encouraging and great fun. A great way to get an hours exercise without even noticing it!

The staff is awesome and management is very friendly. Very customer oriented approach. Slyvannie was great for our 4 year old. Recommended

We visited the place with kids. They climbed to the walls and also walked through the area designed for kids. It was clean and not too crowded. The staff was very very helpful. Safety measures were good.You need to book in advance. This place is very good for older kids in my opinion as they can do more activities and with more confidence.

Adventure Zone team at The Galleria Mall is fantastic ,my kids and I love it here .We normally come for rock climbing together and the manager called TK and his staff are amazing .Very entertaining ,attentive and really helpful they can even remembered all our names ! However, I think the place really need more staff because whenever we come the staff are trying their best to attend the kids but there are shortage of staff so most of the kids have to wait and people need to wait at the front desk for payment etc. Overall we really enjoy it ,it will be superb if they do have more staff after school hours and weekend at least !

My kids enjoyed their time in the summer camp

Despite making an online booking, they had no record of us on arrival so we spent the first 5 mins resolving that. We then took my son to have a harness put on but there was one guy doing harnesses and a large group had arrived just before us. It was 25mins into our 1 hr slot before my son had the harness on. We then asked if he could go up to the high ropes because we saw that it was roped off. Initially we were told that the high ropes would open up in 10 mins but we pushed back on that and pointed out that this would mean he would have been there for 35 mins before he gets to use the high ropes which are his favourite at all other Adventure Zones. A manager then came along and asked to measure my son’s height. He is 129cm tall and their rule is that the minimum height required is 130cm.Ordinarily I would have been disappointed but would have accepted that there are health and safety reasons underpinning the height requirement and would have respected that. However, we have been members of Adventure HQ/Zone and they have previously allowed my son on the high ropes at their Time Square branch despite the height requirement being 140cm there. The truth of the matter is that they had too few staff to manage the number of children and wanted to resist allowing children up to the high ropes as this would have required one member of staff to be upstairs focussing on only one child (my son) as all the other children were younger and shorter and happily climbing on the climbing walls.

Huge fan of the Galleria Al Wasl branch.Its my 7 year old daughters go to adventure almost every weekend!There are 13 walls to practise various climbing techniques plus floor and high level obstacle course. TK, Okoli and Sebastian deserve special mention. Always smiling and being so energetic any time of day and for going the extra miles to ensure each child reaches their full potential! Keep up the great work!

I had a small birthday celebration at the Galleria Mall branch for my daughter’s 6th birthday. T.K. organized everything fabulously and Sebastian did a marvelous job with the set up and helping throughout. The 2 of them, along with the rest of the staff, made sure the kids had an absolute blast. Manned with a staff who are great with children, fun climbing spaces and a cute cafe - we will definitely be going back! A great time had by all!

Visited Al Wasel Galleria during spring break. Staffs as usual making motivation and activity support which makes memorable experiences for kids and parents alike. How ever important to say, safety point of view, inadequate number of staff leaves kids needs to wait staff come from other stations/zones. As ADHQ known for all the time for individual attention and safety, trust the immediate attention in this regard is taken.Adhq is still the best place to have kids build confidence and needed physical fitness required for the kids .Sareena and Suneer

Is an excellent place for young kids to play for an hour. The lower track is for 5 and under, my six year old found it a little boring, sadly he is too short (under 140cm) for the upper track. All that is left is climbing and there is an excellent range of walls of varying degrees of hardness.

I visited this place 2 times as my daughter love climbing, this 2 situations happened on different days:1) Be careful when you pay using GooglePay or Apple as they will charge without showing you the total amount. Plus they oversell you the membership every time they have a change even if I said several times that I was not interested.2) The security lady acknowledged my daughter very aggressively when she was looking at the Slipslop shoes, treating her as she was stealing them, she ended up crying and scared about this lady and asking me to go home. I approached the lady and she rolled her eyes answering back a fake sorry, so I requested to speak to the manager, who didnt even try to do a service recovery. We left this time without using the facilities. We are DEFINITELY not using this branch anymore.

An absolutely amazing place to bring your kids at all ages to help them build their confidence, strengthen and condition them! Staff are amazing as well and very friendly towards the children. Best to buy multi pass as you will definitely be back! Thank you guys :-)

This is the best place for wall climbing and adventuring. And there is a super sweet trainer and his name is neder. He is very nice and kindAnd he will help you at any time you need help(and he also like jokng with you) and the place itself is so much fun! Enjoy youre stay!

Staff friendly but pushy trying to sell session passes. Also I wanted to do the course and walls with my child and employee just would not let me do it, she stuck to my daughter the entire time (of course she was trying to be helpful) but I didn’t go there to watch I went to play with my child- so much for social distancing too.

Great place for kids. But the place is understaffed. They told us they sanitise every 45 minutes. I didn’t see that.Pls don’t promise if it’s not done for the safety of our kids.

We brought our kids a couple of times to this place. They loved the park extremely as it offers various challenges for different age groups. Staff is very helpful and children friendly. The help with patience, care for the kids safety and motivate the kids where necessary. The location could have a better food solution but thats not the main purpose why you visit this place. Value for money is justified.

Pre booked, waited for 15 min, and told to wait longer. Only two attendants, and had more than 20 kids inside.

This place is not bad. However, 30 and your kid will be bored. The place doesnt have much do to there for 7+ kids. It just few climbing walls and some of the kids are not allowed to go up on the second playing level!AED 110 per kid for 1 hour is just too much!I pay more than that in other places but you get a good value for your money. But not this place.Only go there if you have a voucher. Do not pay full price as it is not Wirth it.
